The growth reglation of Pink Lady's fruit was investigated in this study. The quality of Pink Lady's fruits from seven different ecologic environment,Luo chuan county. Bai shui county, He yang county, Fu ping county, Gao ling county, Li quan county, and Fu feng county in Shaanxi province, were determined. Experiment of the influence of paper bag and planting grass on the quality of the fruit were conducted. The result indicates:1. During the development of the fruit, the increase of transverse diameter is quicker than that of vertical diameter. The transverse diameter of Pink Lady's fruit grows relatively quicker than vertical diameter does in the first 110 days after blossoming. From 110 days to 160 days after blossoming, the transverse diameter and vertical diameter changed relatively in the same way. From 160 days to 190 days after blossoming, the vertical diameter grows quicker but the transverse diameter slower. When ripening, the fruit index becomes stable,2.During the development of Pink Lady's fruit, there are two growth peak, one apears from 70 days to 110 days after blossoming, another from 130 days to 140 days after blossoming. The dynamic curve of the weight of Pink Lady's fruit presents typical single "S" type. During the development of the fruit, the accumulation of total soluble solids shows two peaks, the first one presents from 40 days to 70 days after blossoming, and the second one presents from 130 days to 170 days after blossoming. Titratable acid shows the decreasing tendency, which is obvious from 40 days to 70 days and from 180 days to 200 days after blossoming;The relative content of Vc is higher in yong fruit period, then waves, and becomes stable till ripening period3.The setting of bags has much influences no fruits" outward appearance, which promotes coloration, makes fruits' stain small, surface clean, whereas weight down. The influence on intrinsic quality manifests in lowing down total soluble solids, making the flavor palelie and the titratable acid decrease obviously, which results in the improving of the table quality of the fruit because of Pink Lady's fruit riching in acid originally.Planting grass has influences on fruits' quality , which promotes the single fruit weight,the firmness and the content of Vc, meanwhile,the content of acid and density desrease, so the table quality is improved..4.In the elevation scope from 350m to 1150m,Pink lady's fruits present bad color , non-uniformity, big stain . rough surface, low acidity when the trees grow in low elevation;but the coloring index is higher ,the color is dark and even, the volume is small, the fruit index is big, the acidity is high, the fruit stain is small, the wax layer is thick, and the surface of the fruit is clean in high elevation area. When the pink lady grows in the elevation from 660m to 690m,the fruit is big and have good external and intrinsic quality.
