This study is conducted on Chao soil and is about effect between copper and nitrogen, copper and phosphorus, copper and potassium on winter wheat yields and nutrient qualities by dividended design. And studied the interaction between copper and them, and nutrient elements distribution in wheat. And also studied the effect on the chlorophyll and SOD activity of copper and N, P, K fertilizer by the pot experiment. The main results are as follows:1. Cu and the interaction of Cu and N has extremely remarkable effect on the wheat yield and protein content, economic coefficient and protein yield, N affect yield and protein yield extremely, and has no remarkable effect on economic coefficient and protein content. N120Cu45 is the best treatment for wheat yield. N can improve all of nutrient and physiologic characters in wheat. Under lower N level, Cu promote nutrient and physiologic characters; under higher N level, Cu can restrain them. There is positive action between Cu and N. 2.Effect of Cu and the interaction of P Cu on the yield and economic coefficient increasing of wheat reach the extremely remarkable level, P has no remarkable effect on the yield. P90CU22.5 is the appropriate treatment for yield and qualities of wheat. P has no remarkable effect on nutrient and physiologic characters, Cu has different effect on these characters, it can increase amino acid content, decrease chlorophyll content and SOD activity. There is antagonistic action between Cu and P.3.Effect of Cu and the interaction of K Cu on the yield and economic coefficient increasing of wheat all reach the extremely remarkable level; K has remarkable effect on the yield. K75Gu22.5 is the best treatment for wheat yield and best economic coefficient. K can promote nutrient and physiologic characters in wheat, Cu has different effect on these characters as K fertilizer application, under lower K level, Cu promote them; while under higher K level, Cu can restrain them. Interaction between Cu and K is also different, under lower K level, it is positive action; under higher K level,it is antagonistic action.
