Seeding is one of the important work in the planting. The productivity of seeding and the outgrowth rate of crop will be directly affected by the performance (capability) of sowing-machine. But to sowing machine, metering-device, the core part, plays decisive role in the quality of planting. So, the paper designed a kind of device that be used in planting of drill.The traditional drill uses a wheel to drive the metering-device. But the wheel endures very big resistance and easy to skid. After protected farming(after crops are harvested, the soil doesn't be ploughed), the soil surface has 30% stubble to overlay at least, which make the wheel so declined adhesive strength and slippery that the uniformity of seeding can't be ensured. Otherwise, the adjustment of quantity of the seeds in the precise sowing-machine is more difficult, in the traditional method, which is realized by transposing different chain round or metering device after artificial calculation; but the method is time-consuming, hard to tackle, and limited, can hardly meet the need of the precision seeding. Aim at the above mentioned problems, the text researched a kind of automation metering-device used in the precise sowing-machine.This system adopted step-motor to drive the metering-device. In order to make the speed of the three: step-motor, metering-device and the sowing machine identical, the system adopted optical-electric sensor to measure the speed of drill as it worked, and regulated the speed of step-motor dynamically according to the measured speed of drill. The wheel was no longer used to drive the metering-device, the resistance endured by the wheel accordingly declined, and the measuring speed could reflect the true working speed, So directly fixed the optical-electric sensor on the shaft of wheel and used it to measure the speed of sowing-machine. And the single chip microcomputer in the system could automatically carry on the calculation according to sowing quantity, ascertained the relationship between the speed of the sowing-machineand and of the metering-devise. The system could regulate the sowing quantity unlimited as long as inputted parameters such as sowing quantity through the keyboard and diameter of the wheel etc when being operated.The system is made up of the following four parts: data inputting unit, intelligence control unit, man-machine interface unit and performing unit;.Among them, the minimum application system of single chip microcomputer, the controlling module of step motor, the keyboard and display module, display and keyboard constitute a microcomputer system, which is the whole intelligence control unit in the...
