In this paper, based on comparison of some experiments results, we discuss the effects and mechanism of killing pine wood nematode and Japanese pine sawyer J3 by using microwave power of 15KWH and 900MHz of frequency, the pest of wood that 2-25cm thickness and 12-28% moisture content is successfully put to death under the samples external temperature above 50℃and the time over 6 minutes. Furthermore, dead rate of pine wood nematode was positively related to temperature but negative with wood thickness and moisture.Base on the analog data, the treatment of radiant-microwave equipment which power of 48KWH and frequency of 900MHz had been down. The radiation uniformity by using 117 samples of stochastic distributing that infects with pine wood nematode for examination and test, the death rate of all the samples no significant differences (P=0.022). All the nematodes and beetles are successfully put to death bye using the equipment under the samples external temperature above 45℃and the time over 10 minutes. The result is successfully and trustiness and the database can be excerpted in quarantine treatment field. There is no significant differences between external and internal temperature of samples when keep power of radiant-microwave's balance (P=0.24). However, the internal temperature is show high level than external temperature. We can easily use the fact that consistency of internal and external temperature to control the temperature of samples. Otherwise, temperature of samples is no significant differences with moisture and thickness of samples.
