Background and aimsHog cholera (HC) or Classical Swine fever (CSF) is a highly contagious and hemorrhagic, which is caused by Classical swine fever virus (CSFV), a member of the genus Pestivirus of the family Flarivlridae, the HC (CSF) is sporadic in the world, causing a complicated situation with a huge economic lost every year. OIE named one of sixteen infection diseases about "A" Twenty-four country declared that CSFV died out in 1992. but the HC (CSF) is present itself again in these country such as Germany,England and Holland. The HC (CSF) is the one of four highly contagious disease in our country .It is in existence for 70 years .Zhou Tai-chong and Yuan Qing-zhi etc manufactured one Hog Cholera Lapinized Virus (HCLV) and used it today.With the enlarged scale of pig ,the ratio of CSF taken place is increasing year by year in Henan Province. In recent years very great change has taken place in the characteristic in the emergence and prevailing of the swine fever; clinical manifestation is various. The condition is complicated. The major characters are still sporadic events rather than outbreaks over the Henan Province. Atypical manifestation has become frequent.
