In this research, byproducts compound protein got from different process manner of phosphorus and enzyme hydrolyzing, fine smashing, and routine smashing were used to feed piglets and the effects were studied. The compound consisted of soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal, corn gluten meal, DDGS(Distiller Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles), brewers dried grain and blood meal, with balance of the necessary amino acid in maximum scale excecp Lys. In the preparation of hydrolysate, the byproducts compound protein was firstly hydrolyzed by phosphorus for 3h and then acidic protease for 3h, the hydrolyzation level was detected by degree of hydrolysis( DH ), trichloroacetic acid-nitrogen solution index (TCA-NSI) and reducing sugar. Single factor test design was used in animal experiment. Feeding effects were detected by substituting 50% protein in commercial piglet forage with byproduct compound protein after routine smashing, fine smashing and phosphorus plus enzyme hydrolyzing. In the test, 24 LY piglets with male and female 12 each were used and were randomly divided into four treatments with each treatment 3 replicates and 2 piglets each replicate. Test period was 28 days. The result was as follows:1. Effects of byproducts compound after phosphorus plus enzyme hydrolyzing were optimum. Tough the dose of acidic protease reduce by 1/10, and cost reduce 61.8%, the hydrolysis effects is nearly equal to acidic protease single hyolysis with dose 1000u/g .2. After substituting the high quality protein by 50%, the production performance of routine process, fine smashing and phosphorus plus enzyme hydrolyzing were not as good as the control. However, the variation of first weight and last weight between all the treatments...
