| The paper mainly studies on some physiological and biochemical changes including those of vigor index, relative electrical conductivity of seed steep, vigor of SOD, POD as well as the content of MDA in seed were investigated before and after the aging process of two species of Pinus flexilis James. from America and three types of local tree species called Pinus tabulaeformis,Pinus bungeana,Pinus armandii Franch.。Of Shanxi province,all of which were introduced in 2004. We also analyzed the seed drought resistance property through PGE disposition, based on which the notable indexes that reflect seed vigor and the effect of two pretreatment measures (PEG and GA3) on enhancing the seed vigor of Pinus flexilis James. were explored.The experimental result shows:1. Every tested physiological indexs of all the pinus sample in germinating experiment are correlated to each other closely and orderly when they express seed vigor.2. Seed vigor index,SOD,POD and dehydrogenase reduced accompanied the aging process of seeds; while the content of MDA in seed raised. The general mechanism of pine genus of artificial aging and deterioration were researched through foregoing study.3. The aging degree of different vigor level seeds could be reflected truly mirrored by the comparison between relative electrical conductivity of seed steep and artificial aging and deterioration;4. The property of anti-aging and drought resistance varied with the difference of species and sources.5. The data of two measures on enhancing seed vigor indicates: PEG and GA3 bring significant effect on raising the seed vigor,but relate to seed genotype, the management concentration of liquor, as well as treating time. In this study, the best treatment to enhance seed vigor of Pinus flexilis James.was under the condition of( 20%)PEG:(2d). |
