Crop seed is essential for human survival, reproduction and development material base and strategic energy. Production and storage of wheat seed is very large, facing the storage loss. Therefore, research on the resistance to storage of seed and seed vigor and physiological changes in the process of aging has important significance. In this experiment, 161 wheat varieties and 6 wheat varieties of different genotypes as the research object, uses the 43 ℃, 100% RH artificial accelerated aging method respectively, determination of related parameters of 161 wheat seed vigor level and six varieties and physiological indicators. Through exploring the rule of wheat under the condition of artificial aging seed vigor and physiological change, for the screening of high vigor of seeds, breeding wheat seed varieties of high energy storage resistance and providing theoretical basis for the physiological mechanism. The results of the study are as follows:1.The results showed that different degrees in decline of germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index, SOD, POD and CAT, Germination potential, germination rate, germination index, vigor index were almost the same. However, there were a number of differences in range of variation.2.With artificial aging time extension, electrical conductivity and MDA content of different genotypes of wheat seeds were increased and the change trend was significantly negative correlation with seed vigor.3.A membrane permeability difference existed among different genotypes of wheat seeds. XY22 was sensitive to aging stress, the vigor and physiological indicator changes of XN889 were stable, showed a higher storability. Electrical conductivity, MDA and POD could be used as a sensitive indicators for monitoring the status of wheat seed deterioration.4. Through the study of 161 wheat seeds, dynamic properties in genotype diversity, and significant correlation between the dynamic characteristics.Relative germination potential, germination rate and relative germination index, relative vigor index(plant height) and relative vigor index(dry weight),there were significant differences in the distribution of the distribution range of frequency, more than 80%, 13%, 11%, 28%, 11% and 28%.Wheat varieties of energy level difference is bigger.5. Clustering analysis was carried out on the relative vigor index, 161 wheat varieties can be incorporated into five major categories, the first ⅣⅤ class, and the class of wheat seed vitality is low, the first Ⅰ class has the highest energy.Come from shandong province showed a greater seed vigor of wheat features, the low level of seed vigor of anhui province, less resistant to storage.
