Through months of field investigations, we have researched four different latitude areas of plant diversity on the same longitude. The four areas chosen were representative's middle subtropical zone, middle subtropical zone and temperate zone transition region, temperate zone, North Temperate Zone representative plant community (essentially natural forests). To be kind in the wild, on the basis of a diversity index (Shannon-Wiener index), richness index (Gleason index), evenness index (Pielou index), as well as important value of four different areas of the plant population trees and shrubs at the level of species diversity for a comparative analysis, and measured and analyzed the soil wet rates.Through four areas surveyed 19 pieces kind to the analysis showed that not only different locations (larger scale) for the species richness and diversity indices are differences, even in the same location (smaller scale), species richness and diversity index was also varied, and sometimes great differences, a space heterogeneity of distribution of identity; because environmental factors affecting these diversity index are more complex. Not only by longitude, latitude and altitude effects, but also affected by topography, communities age, history and other types of interference with the ecological factors.Exclude longitude interference in the case of plant community diversity is the rise as latitude lower, and plant community with the important value of the latitude rise, biodiversity reduction is increased, it shows biodiversity low plant community its advantages species Obviously, the advantage of species in the communities, also played a decisive role is irreplaceable, so that the protection of our forest cover plays a guiding role. Baihua Mountain Nature Reserve in Beijing through plant diversity survey, we at an altitude of 100 meters flat gradient changes, the analysis shows that the rise of plant diversity with the altitude is lower. Soil wet with latitude escalating rate is lower, indicating a low latitude areas of the forest vegetation in areas with high latitude than hydropower strong.
