Bad environment(drought,salt and low tempreture) that act on plant will be able to bring a series of physiological reaction.lt mainly manifest metabolize and growth, severity arouse damage,lead to plant death.There are 20 percent plantation which are threaten by salt in the world,43 percent in drought area.In China,about 3000 hm~2 soil is occupied by salt and alkali,in which 600 hm~2 has been reclaimed.There are 9000 a unit of area salt and alkali ground in HeiLongJiang,which restrict agriculture production.Drought of season nature bring big harm to agriculture.In our country.drought area account for 50 percent soil,which centralize in northeast and northwest.At the same time,cold restrict agriculture production,too.Thereby,it is sixty-four-dollar question that how to improve plant entiroment,how to enhance plant fastness,and realize agricultural speediness and durative progress.So far,many plants have bad quslity because of lack of essential amino acid.People have thought alfalfa as amino acid and protein source for animal in many years.But,sulfur-amino acid is lower than other plant in alfalfa.So,people are trying to improve sulfur-amino acid content of bean section in favor of bioengineering.Sulfur-amino acid is important for plant development and physiological reaction and metabolize of animal.Besides, sulfur-amino acid affect output and qualituy in pasture or feedingstuff.Alfalfa can resist cold and is important feedingstuff,which is intituled "The king of pasture". Alfalfa is not important pasture,but to improve soil condition,keep natural and environment.But, sulfur-amino acid content is low in alfalfa.Every year,we must expend mint foreign exchange to outsource sulfur-amino acid which will be joined to feedingstuff.According to above-mentioned facts, this study took alfalfa as material,construct of Plant Expressive Vectors of DREB2A Gene that regulated respectively by different promoters, SCMRP Gene.Alfalfa was transformed by Agrobacterium Tumefaciens. The research work will provide the function for cultivating transgenic variety that resist to osmotic stress and studying osmotic stress resist mechanism and improve sulfur-amino acid content.The main results were summarized as follows:1.
