This thesis, by using the materials of three breeds of spring corns (Dongnong250, Sidan19, Fenghe10) and designing four treats of nitrogenous fertilizer(fertilizing 0kg, 100kg, 200kg, 300kg in each hectare field), discussed the glutamine-synthetase's activity(GS) change rules in different apparatus of spring corn, researched systematically the effect of dosage of nitrogenous fertilizer on the content of amino acid and protein , protein composing and yield, and then posted regulation to the protein and its yield. The aim of this thesis is to provide theory gist and technical directors in proper use of nitrogenous fertilizer, improving the yield of corn and ameliorating the corn qualities. The main conclusions of this experiment are as follows:The activity of GS in functional-leaves increased at the beginning, then decreased and in the end had a increasing trend (each breed decreased all along after N0 treat increased). The peak activity of GS presented at the booting (Dongnong25 N100 treat, Sidan19 N100 treat, at the tasseling ). The activity of GS in root had a trend of having two peaks. After the first peak presented, there was another peak in evening procreation. The activity of GS in the whole procreation was higher in N200 treat. The activity of GS in grain had a change trend of having a only one peak curve. The peak presented after spinning 21 days (Sidan19 N200 treat, after spinning 28 days). To all the three breeds, N200 treat could improve the activity of GS in functional-leaves, root, grain and was the prime nitrogenous treat.The content of protein in grain had a decreasing trend in the period accumulating the milk. The dosage of nitrogenous fertilizer affected the content differently variety from different breed. To a certain extent, with the increasing of nitrogen, the content of protein in grain of Dongnong250 and Sidan19 increased. The excessive nitrogen made the content decrease. From the angle of improving protein, N200 treat in Dongnong250 and Sidan19 was the prime nitrogen treat. The content of protein in Fenghe10 increased with the increasing nitrogen. In this experiment, N300 treat is a better one. The content of lysine in grain had a high-low-high trend. The use of nitrogen could improve the content of lysine. The content of tryptophan in grain had a slow decreasing trend. The rank of the content of tryptophan in Dongnong250 and Sidan19 in whole course of milk accumulation was N300>N200>N100>N0, while in Fenghe10 was N200>N300>N100>N0. The result of analysis of variance in mature period showed that N200 treat is the prime one form the content of lysine in grain; N300 treat was the prime one form the content of tryptophan in grain in Dongnong250 and Sidan19, while N200 treat was the prime one for Fenghe10. No use of nitrogenous fertilizer had no advantage of proving the content of lysine and tryptophan in grain.The content of albumin in grain of Dongnong250 and Fenghe10 had a decreasing...
