Aphids are one of wheat injurious insects,they occurred to more than 90% wheat production in our country and severely affect the quality and quantity of wheat.Now chemical insecticides are the main means against aphid.But those chemical insecticides destroy environment and endanger mankind and domestic animals.It is paid more attention to use aphid biological control and develop wheat cultivars with resistance to aphid.To select new gene resources with resistance to Sitobion avenae (F.),4600 accessions wheat germplasm were screened.The relationships between the morphologic character and resistance in wheat germplasm resources to sitobion avenae (F.) were observed,the resistance gene to sitobion avenae (F.) in wheat germplasm C273 (India) was analysed by SSR.The main results are as follows:1. Among 4600 wheat germplasm accessions,30 accessions wheat germplasm with resistance to sitobion avenae (F.) were selected.C273 (India) and Lanmai (Shaanxi Zhashui) were high resistant. There are 7 germplasm resources of middle resistant,which are Yumai(Shaanxi Danfeng),Huhanshan(Shaanxi Shanyang),Laomai(Shaanxi Ankang),Yumai S1125(Shaanx Xunyang),Yumai S1111(Shaanxi Xunyang),Yumai S1124(Shaanxi Xunyang),Jana(Jing 13262). there are 21 germplasm resources of low resistant,which are Xianxiaomai(Shaanxi Ankang),Lanmai(Shaanxi Ningqiang),Lanmai(Shaanxi Ankang),Lanmai (Shaanxi Shiquan),Lanmai(Shaanxi Ningshan),Fanal ( Jing 12951 ), Lanmai(Shaanxi Xunyang) , Bailanmai(Shaanxi Xunyang) ,Yumai(Shaanxi Ankang) , Wugongcao(Shaanxi Xunyang) , Laolanmai(Shaanxi Zhenan) ,Laolanmai(Shaanxi Shanyang),Foshoumai(Shaanxi Luonan),Yangxiaomai(Ai fanmai) (Shaanxi Zhashui),Aifanmai(S709),Nanmai(Shaanxi Lueyang),Gaofanmai(Black awn) (Shaanxi LIuba),Gaofanmai(White awn) (Shaanxi Ningqiang),HTRT8018(Jing 13143),MAGAliB(Jing13562),SWM801217(Jing16507).2. The relationships between the morphologic character and resistance of 40 wheat germplasm resources to sitobion avenae (F.) were observed. It revealed that the resistance of germplasm to sitobion avenae (F.) was positively correlative with wax powdery and glume color,negatively with the ear density and not relative to the width,the length and the area of flag leaf,leaf color,awn length,glume pubescence. Wax powdery,glume color and the ear density could be used as standards of resistance of wheat in the utilization of resistant genetic materials.
