With the development of modern control theory, electrical facilities, conductor technology, especially the great progress of inductor motor timing theory. And now the research of intelligent control strategy in transmit system induces the great interests. Frequency convert timing system is one of the major developments in modern electric system, which can do good to reduce electric, remain less repair, improve the quality and quantity of product, and also realize the automation. The difference between AC motor and DC motor is that the former is high orders, strong complex coupling, nonlinear and multivariable, it is difficult to build its accurate math model. In recent years, the effective way to resolve this problem is adopting fuzzy control. Many experts indicate that the using of intelligent control in introduce transmit system is a develop trend.This paper under the ground of nondestructive auto test and classify processing, in order to acquire good speed-adjusted character and high power of anti-interrupt. The thesis based on the pro-achievements adopted a kind of self-adaptive fuzzy control strategy to meet the demands of speed-adjusted system.This thesis contain of five chapters: first chapter introduce the backgrounds, the technology and meaning of study; the second chapter adopt Matlab software to simulate the system, compare the response character between fuzzy control and self-adaptive fuzzy control in different conditions and obtained the simulation result; the third chapter showed the hardware of the system; the forth chapter is the soft part of the system, including the program of serial-port communication, the arithmetic of self-adaptive fuzzy control and the control system displaying program in real-time; the fifth chapter tested the control system.The experiment showed that the designed software can realize testing and controlling the motor speed in real time, the accuracy of parameter test is ± 1 pulse. The designed self-adaptive fuzzy controller is collect, can improve the concussion and error of stability of conventional fuzzy controller and improve the system's stability with little overtop, short respond time and restrain the disturbance.
