The prevention and control of corn pests and diseases is an important issue currently facing.In the entire growth stage of corn,it may be accompanied by the invasion of pests and diseases.Traditional corn plant protection machinery can only choose a higher spray machine in the later stage because the chassis is lower adapted to the early and mid-stage plant protection operations.Due to the relatively poor stability of the high-gap sprayer and the poor control of the initial corn-pest control ? Therefore,it is urgent to design a spray machine with high efficiency and convenient operation for the prevention and control of corn pests and diseases.This project designed a chassis-adjustable high-gap sprayer by investigating the corn planting pattern in Hebei.The sprayer can realize the functions of chassis lifting adjustment,wheelbase adjustment and four-wheel hydraulic steering through the hydraulic system,which can meet the requirements of corn plant protection operation in the middle and late stage of corn,and greatly improve the level of corn pest control.The research work in this paper includes the following aspects:(1)The research status and development characteristics of high-gap sprayers at home and abroad were analyzed.The corn planting patterns and the occurrence of pests and diseases in Hebei Province were investigated and analyzed.The design of the whole machine is determined according to factors such as the growth height of the corn and the width of the line spacing.(2)According to the design scheme,the key structure of the chassis lifting structure,the track adjustment structure and the steering structure of the chassis frame is designed and researched,and the three-dimensional model of the whole machine is established in the three-dimensional software Solidworks.(3)Hydraulic schematic design of the chassis lifting structure track adjustment structure and steering structure of the sprayer chassis adjustment structure and calculation and selection of key hydraulic components in the hydraulic schematic diagram and then using simulation software according to the hydraulic principle diagram AMEsim performs hydraulic simulation and analyzes the simulation results.(4)Simulation analysis and research on the static and dynamic performance of the adjustable chassis.Based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,the stress and strain of the sprayer chassis are analyzed under full load conditions.The analysis results show that the frame is subjected to the maximum stress of 66.44 MPa.The maximum deformation is 0.68 mm,which meets the yield limit requirements of the material.In the modal analysis,the 12 th order frequency of the chassis frame is in the range of 9.30 Hz to 12.70 Hz and 41.70 Hz to 68.70 Hz,and the common excitation of the sprayer avoids resonance at 5.00 Hz to 6.00 Hz and 20.00 Hz.(5)Under the full load condition the mechanical analysis of the high ground gap sprayer can be determined by the theoretical basis of mechanics to determine that the rollover is most likely to occur when the sprayer is traveling laterally,and then the simulation frame software is used to fully load the chassis frame.Under the condition of stability rollover analysis,the analysis results show that when the rotating experimental platform is inclined at 29.40 degrees,the chassis rollover meets the vehicle stability requirements.
