The Investigation On The Zearalenone Poisoning Of Pigs In Large Scale Pig Farms At South Area Of Henan Province

The investigation was carried out from October, 2003 to January, 2005. The clinic symptoms mainly were miscarriage, vulva swelling, return feeling and mammary gal and hyperplasia. The occurrences of miscarriage return feeling were respectively 7.82%, 9.12%. The occurrences of poisoning were respectively 23.98%, 10.36% at reserve and fattening pig herds.The ZEN content was detected using High Performance Liquid Chromatography with 58 fodder Symples of 11 pig farms. The ZEN detective rate in raw fodder materials was 81.25%, powdery fodder 76.47%, the pellet fodder 55.56%. The average content of ZEN gets to 1.301±0.452mg/kg in feed material and gets to 1.103±0.491mg/kg in powder feed, and gets to 0.912±0.227mg/kg in practical feed. The highest content of ZEN is 2.351mg/kg and the lowest content of ZEN is 0.382mg/kg in feed material. The highest content of ZEN is 1.769mg/kg, 1.152mg/kg; the lowest content of ZEN is 0.327mg/kg, 0.546mg/kg in power or practical feed, respectively. Which shows that the pigs on the pig are mainly poisoned by the ZEN to xin of fusarium.The effect of heating treatment of bacteriostasis experiment is mot abvions, while the chemical mould inhibitar, especially the campound organic acid mould inhibitor with a good effect.
