With development of agricultural production, there is a growing awareness of the need for systematic exploitation, protection and management on our own space environment. Rational development and use of agricultural resources has been of more concern. Computer technology is one of the three major high-tech of the time. With rapid development of the "GIS" centered by computer and the network technology, operability of the agricultural resources integrated management achieved by networked computer technology has become more evident and GIS demonstrated broad development prospects . Based on this technology, geographic information system (GIS) of regional agricultural resources districts was established. Spatial distribution interests of the agricultural resources were depicted to the high time resolution, and dynamic changed rules of agricultural resources were described to study and explore regional space distribution state of agricultural resources and the corresponding spatial succession laws. This study aimed to provide gist for rational scientific business management, sustainable development of agricultural resources and classification business.HTML technology, database technology (SQL SERVER), TCP/ IP protocol anthology, Java technology, Net technology, network geography information system (WebGIS) technology and crop equilibrium fertilization technology were used to develop the cross platform agricultural WebGIS system at the county level, which provides a support to the automated management for the agricultural geography information. This paper discussed the demand, various modules functions, technical platform as well as the database structural design of the agricultural geography information system. Ultimately the basic agricultural information (including GIS), automated management and office automation were organically integrated and applied in agricultural resource surveys, resource analysis, comprehensive agricultural exploitation, agricultural structure and agricultural management etc. This system has strong practicability and hi-tech, and its application can advance the skeleton management level and make farmer of county enjoy more profits from science and technology. This study may promote the construction of ?°digital agriculture?±project and economic development of Xinjiang. Simultaneously, research on this system also established the foundation for continuous interrelated task of the future.
