Three experiments were conducted to investigate effects of vitamin different dietary levels in the corn-soybean basic diet on the production performance, meat quality parameter and serum biochemical parameter on AA broiler chicks. This paper provides the reference for the study how to improve the meat quality and production performance by nutritive methodology.Experimentâ… :Effect of dietary vitamin A and vitamin E levels on the production performance, meat quality parameter and serum biochemical parameter in broiler chicks.A total of 360 one-day-old AA male broiler chicks were randomly allocated to nine treatments with 40 broilers for each treatment, every treatment had replicates(8 chicks per cage). In the corn-soybean basic diet with vitamin A levels of 1500,10000 and 20000 IU/kg and vitamin E levels of 10,100 and 200 mg/kg were fed from 1 to 49 days of age. The experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of vitamin A and vitamin E different dietary levels on broilers'performance on the production performance, meat quality parameter and serum biochemical parameter. The results showed that when the experimental diets were fed ,the production performance , slaughter parameter and meat quality parameters(water holding capacity, meat tenderness and meat colour for L*,a*value ) at 49 days were improved significantly for 10000 IU/kg vitamin A and 100 and 200 mg/kg vitamin E addition(p<0.05).TBARS values increased with increasing time of storage. In general, TBARS values decreased with an increase in dietary vitamin E level. The statistically significant interactions between 10 mg/kg vitamin E and 10000 and 20000 IU/kg vitamin A on production performance. The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum were improved significantly for 100 and 200 mg/kg vitamin E addition (p<0.05), and there no differences on activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum between 1500,10000 and 20000 IU/kg vitamin A and 100 and 200 mg/kg vitamin E. The statistically significant interactions between 10 mg/kg vitamin E and 20000 IU/kg vitamin A on activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum too. Significant interactions between 10000 IU/kg vitamin A and 100 mg/kg vitamin E were observed in this study .Experimentâ…¡:Effect of dietary vitamin E and vitamin C levels on the production performance, meat quality parameter and serum biochemical parameter in broiler chicks. An experiment was conducted to evaluate the influence of vitamin E and vitamin C different dietary levels on AA broilers'performances on the production performance , the meat quality and the activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum.A total of 360 one-day-old AA male broiler chicks were randomly allocated to nine treatments with 40 broilers for each treatment, every treatment had replicates(8 chicks per cage). In the corn-soybean basic diet with vitamin E levels of 10,100 and 200 mg/kg and vitamin C levels of 100,200 and 400 mg/kg were fed from 1 to 49 days of age.The results showed that when the experimental diets were fed, the production performance , slaughter parameter and meat quality parameters(water holding capacity, meat tenderness and meat colour for L*,a*value ) at 49 days were improved significantly for 100 and 200 mg/kg vitamin E and 100,200 mg/kg vitamin C addition(P<0.05). TBARS values increased with increasing time of storage. In general, but decreased with increasing in dietary vitamin E levels. and the best interaction was observed for100 mg/kg vitamin E and 200 mg/kg vitamin C on improving the meat quality. The statistically significant interactions between 10 mg/kg vitamin E and 200 and 400 mg/kg vitamin C on production performances(P<0.05). The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum were improved significantly for 100 and 200 mg/kg vitamin E addition(p<0.01), and there were no differences in activity of SOD and GSH-PX in serum among 100,200 and 400 mg/kg vitamin C and 100 and 200 mg/kg vitamin E. Significant interactions between 200 mg/kg vitamin C and 200 mg/kg vitamin E and between 400 mg/kg vitamin C and 10 mg/kg vitamin E were observed in this studyExperimentâ…¢:Effect of dietary vitamin E, vitamin A and vitamin C levels on the production performance , meat quality parameter and serum biochemical parameter in broiler chicks.
