The soybean maturity is varied and terminded by the main gene, polygene and the sowing time environment. In this study, 23 representative germplasms selected from 00-â…¤of the maturity groups 000-â…¨in China and 35 Near-Isogenic Lines of soybean introduced from abroad were analyzed by phenotypical identification and SSR markers. Based on data of SSR markers, in order to find the tightly linked SSR marker on soybean LG which relate to the maturity genotype and further deduce the maturity genotype of Chinese germplasms. The main finding of this study were:1. Correlation analysis of the different development stages and agronomic traits of soybean were defined. There were a relation or significant correlation between the different development stages and agronomic traits of soybean.2. SSR Genetic diversity of experiment germplasms were analyed. 126 SSR markers of the 210 multiplied SSR markers on soybean LG relative to the maturity genotype had more than one allelic loci, so these markers may diagnosticly link to any locus of the maturity genotype, genetic diversity index of NIL's Clark and Harosoy and China germplasm was 0.2088, 0.3307, 0.6198, respectively. Based on cluster analysis, classifiedâ… andâ…¡,â…¡include two kinds. Based on Source or background, there were five kinds, NIL's Clark , NIL's Harosoy and three China germplasm , respectively. So 126 SSR markers may link to any locus of the maturity genotype. It was very effective that overseas and China germplasms analysed by SSR markers.3. Identified the tightly linked SSR marker of the soybean maturity genotype. On the Clark background, E3/e3 maturity locus tightly linked to Satt229, E4/e4 maturity locus tightly linked to Sct010, Satt294, Satt247, Satt452 and Satt156;on the Clark and Harosoy background, E7/ e7 maturity locus tightly linked to Satt071and Satt178.4. Deduced genotype of the soybean maturity of the core collection. By pairs of NILs contrasting for three maturity genes (E3, E4, E7), the maturity genotype of most Chinese soybean germplasms had been deduced at singgle locus, and 8 germplasms could be deduced genotypes at one locus, He feng25, Cha se soubean, Jian weiquanshui soybean were E3E3, which was early 3 days flower and 3-16 days maturity as compared to the Clark and it's NIL, but which was early 1-11 days flower and similar maturity as compared to the Harosoy and it's NIL. Suinong14, Jisoybean7, Xiaoqing soybean were E7E7,Yushi soybean and Zheng84240-B1are e7e7. Suinong14 and Jisoybean7 were early 11, 8days flower respectively and similar maturity as compared to OT89-5, but Xiaoqing soybean was later 7days flower13days maturity. Yushi soybean was early 5days flower and later 6days maturity as compared to OT94-47. Only 3 germplasms could be deduced genotypes at two locus, Mi yang niu mao huang and. Guan yun hai bai hua were E3E3e7e7, Si jiao qi huan soybean is e4e4e7e7.
