Restoration and reconstruction of degraded ecosystem has become one of the focused problems of modern ecology. The research on degraded ecosystem of Karst concentrated mainly on individual ecology and natural restoration of degraded community, and some achievements in practical experience are obtained, with new theories of Karst vegetation restoration produced. But the whole research lacked systematic contact and conformity from the point of view of Karst ecosystem, to explore completely all kinds of technique measures and vegetation restoration ways. In this paper, vegetation restoration ways in Karst areas were explored in some factors, the main study contained three factors: to investigate the community structure and function of the different vegetation restoration stages, through a large amounts of typical plots, to study the succession of natural restoration community; Based on the data of investigation of 12 plots of the orients Platycladus orientalis plants, the influence of the various of natural regeneration of artificial forest of orients Platycladus orientalis in the karst mountains was studied from seedling regeneration, forest structure, soil condition, seed rain etc. The planting tree species are to choose rationally in karst mountain area from grow status of 3 years, the leaves nutrient content of before and after leaf fallen, through extensive testing planting. This result is achieved by exploring a systematic vegetation restoration technique. This study not only enriched restoration ecology, but also provided scientific proof to vegetation restoration of degraded ecosystem in karst mountain area. The main study results were as follows:1.A research of the vegetation succession and soil fertility in different stages of vegetation restoration in Karst degraded ecosystem1.1.Studies of the different vegetation restoration succession stages in Pudding county Karst mountain area were conducted by using such indexes as species richness, species diversity and community evenness. The results from diversity indexes indicate a trend that the more abundant the components of the community and more complicated the structure of the community, the higher value of these diversity indexes. The trendy of species diversity indexes in different communities of vegetation succession showed: increased in the primary succession stage from the herd community stage, then decreased in the medium-term succession stage, follow again increased in the evergreen broad-leaved forests succession stage for the whole community. The analysis of the species diversity indexes in different layer showed that the succession trendy was complicated. Not each typical succession stage should be undergone during the process of vegetation rehabilitation. It is dominated by the factors of local climate, disturbance intensity of degraded degree of vegetation and soil. It was possible for the...
