Though its function of restraint headwaters ,keep the water and soil, improve the soil, absorb the harmful air and fix CO₂ etc. the protected forests can remarkably melioration the ecosystem and entironment in the rigion.specially,the reduce of the wastage of the coal and the function of the absorbs of fluorides by the proceted forests both have an unsubstitutive effects for the defends of the parochial coal burning fluorosis in GuiZhou.Restricted by the distribution of time and space,the small hydro-power couldn't thoroughly take the place of the traditional energe all the year. So,while actualizing the small sized hydropower fungible fuel project, we should aslo develop the energe forests to offset the rural energe ullage,so as to make sure that the inartificial forest resources are free from breakage, and the goal that "takes backable,steady-going,not rebound" of the Grain-for-Green can be realized.
