As feature vegetable originated from China, Zizania Latifolia Turcz. Belongs to perennial aquatic vegetables and reproduces asexually. Under the feasible condition some segments of stems swell quickly after accreting with Ustilago usculenta and become swollen gall that is a kind of healthy and nutritious vegetable.Production experience under investigation autumn Zizania Latifolia curb the growth trend can promote gourds mature, and 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration is curbing the role of the plant leaves photosynthesis, and as a result of this paper to 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration sodium to ban thin, oats varieties of the two representative Jiangshu and Fenghongzao tests conducted early research to promote early autumn Zizania Latifolia Turcz with the best concentration of 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration liquid chlorine sodium quality impact and texture stems oats stands biochemical changes in the physical part of the analysis. The least concentration of it can make the plant grow quickly, mature harvest become latter, and former production decline.Using different concentration of 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration cannot make Zizania Latifolia configuration pervious different. Every treatment is regular .The color of galls is white-yellowier. The length, width and node have not pervious different. Content of main components of gall include total sugar, starch, reduced sugar, sucrose and dissoluble protein have not pervious changes. Using different concentration of 2- ethyl- 4chloro sodium hydration make Zizania Latifolia chlorophy llcontent of leaves decreased. The rood activity descended smaller. Physiological characteristics have some changes in leaves. The relative conductivity, MDA content, proline content, POD and PPO activity increased after using different concentration of 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration. The physiological characteristic of treatments increased with the bigger of 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration concentration. It can be conclude that the plant make active effection with the lower concentration of 2-ethyl-4chloro sodium hydration. Each physiological characteristic mentioned above resume within 15 days. But, each physiological characteristic of 650 mg.kg-1 treatment can not resume to original lever.
