The Development And Clinical Application On Chinese Herbal Medicine-Quyiling Perfusion Solution

Under the guide of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Purple flower Holly leaf, Cattail Pollen, Baical Skullcap root, Indigowoad Leaf\Rhubarb, Motherwort Herb, etc. were choosed to make up of several prescriptions, and the best prescription was selected to treat the retained placenta after series of clinical examinations. Quyiling perfusion solution were extracted with water-extraction and ethanol precipitation. The effect of Quyiling perfusion solution was significant with clinic experiments, and achieved the new veterinary medicine certificate.The experiments approved Quyiling perfusion solution had the effects of invigorating the blood and removing blood stasis, increasing uterus constriction, antibacterial, antiinflammation and promoting the discharging of placenta. The results of curative effect experiment indicated that the discharging ratio of placenta on oral Quyiling powder group, after 2h of post partum, was 90.4% within 12h, while 78.3% on control group. In there estrous cycles, the estrous effective ratio and the pregnant ratio on experiment groups was 92.3% and 91.7% respectively, on control group, 80.4% and 81.4%. These showed oral Quyiling powder could significantly decrease the ratio of retained placenta, increase the the estrous effective ratio and the pregnant ratio, which validated the scientific of the prescription.In order to improve the clinic effect, Borax and Matrii sulfas exsiccatus with antibacterial and antisepsis were appended into Quyiling powder and the prescription was made to Quyiling perfusion solution with water-extraction and ethanol precipitation. The administering method was changed into uterus perfusion. The physical character, asepsis examination, differentiation of effective component, toxicity and stability of Quyiling perfusion solution were studied. The results showed that the produce technics of Quyiling perfusion solution was feasible, the quality being stability and safety.
