The Effects Of Molybdenum On Yield And Quality Of Soybean

The experiments were carried out on the farm of AnHui Science and Technology University from 6-2004 to 12-2005.The experiments ranged over the cultivation techniques ,plant physiology,plant nutrition and fertilizer science,biochemistry and biometrics and other disciplines or knowledges. Through field trial and potted plant ,the experiments were conducted to study the effect of molybdenum on growth,yield and quality of soybean.1. The study about the effects of molybdenum on growth ,yield and quality at different period and different use levels.The result shows that molybdenum fertilizer can increase the soybean growth,and improv the soybean above biological organisms and roots activities.The molybdenum fertilizer can also increase the structure factors of yeild and the yield,improve the soybean seed protein ,fatness and micronutrient levels-molybdenum.Three molybdenum solution (0.05%,0.1%,0.2%) make no significance difference between yield and quality of soybean.But three different period of fertilizer application (floral initiation,flowering,seeding) make a great signifance of difference between them.To biological organisms,yieldfactors,yield and quality,It has been found that the molybdenum fertilizer is better in the condition of 60kg~70kg/666m2 by 0.1%.The effect of molybdenum about soybean protein and fat regularity require further study.2. Effects of seed dressing with molybdenum on soybean growth at seeding–stage.The result shows that:Seed dressing with molybdenum increased the soybean height,the LAI,chlorophyll content and the accumulation of dry matter of seeding-stage,accelerated the root system.Compared with CK,the main root increased 3.29cm~4.11cm,root nodule increased 5.44~7.58 of every strain.Roots dry weight and roots vigor obviously developed,the NR activity raised.So all those factors made the soybean grow vigorously.3. The study on the effects of molybdenum on yild ,quality and the seed molybdenum level.Compared the applying molybdenum fertilizer treatments with no molybdenum treatments ,three experiments find thant the yield increase by 8.96%~43.12%,18.43%~33.6% and 48.00%~50.40%,the protein increase by2.46%~12.38% , 1.86%~5.68% and 8.90%~12.98%,and total protein and fatness also increasede obviously.The molybdenum of seed raised greatly,too.But the fatness has not increased obviously.Compared with the different fertilizer practice,the yield of seed dressing treatments is higher than the yield of spring application treatment.But the protein content ,fat content ,protein and fat content and molybdenum content of spring application treatments soybean was bigger,while the seeding dressing treatments was smaller.Compared with different rate of fertilizer application,It has been found that the more rate of fertilizer application,the higher content of protein,fat ,protein and fat and molybdenum of soybean seed.
