This experiment adopts the method of plot test, researched molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage on flue-cured tobacco growth and yield and quality. The main results were as follows:1. Effect of Molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage on flue-cured tobacco growth and development. The experimental results showed that, effect of molybdenum fertilizer fertilization on flue-cured tobacco maturity plant height is remarkable. Under the same conditions of flue-cured tobacco leaf number, T3 and T2 processing of pitch was significantly greater than T1 and compared in this paper, it is advantageous to the leaf temperature and light resource utilization and mature. Upper leaf length, width and length-width ratio in T3 treatment under the optimal, the lowest leaf length, width and length-width ratio under applying molybdenum fertilizer treatment compared with controls also were optimized. In the process of 35-65 d flue-cured tobacco leaf dry matter accumulation was T3>T2>T1>CK, molybdenum fertilizer to vigorous growth period middle flue-cured tobacco leaf dry matter accumulation increased obviously. 35 to 50 d stem dry matter in the process of increment T3 is bigger than the contrast and other processing, molybdenum fertilizer was conducive to the quality of tobacco stem dry matter increase at the early stage of the vigorous growth. In the process of 35-65 d the quality accumulation of flue-cured tobacco root dry matter was rapidly increasing, The quality of root dry matter was T3>T2>T1>CK at 65 d, molybdenum fertilizer in vigorous growthperiod can promote the amount of dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco roots, T3 is the best.2. Effect of Molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage on flue-cured tobacco conventional chemical composition. The experimental results showed that, molybdenum fertilizer application made the total sugar and reducing sugar content in upper leaves tend to be more reasonable bounds, potassium content increased with the increasing of molybdenum fertilizer content and using frequency, chloride content decreased with the increase of dosage of molybdenum fertilizer, the ratio of potassium and chlorine also constitutes a positive correlation with molybdenum fertilizer, ratio of potassium chloride of central leaves’ T3 and T2 processing were bigger than 4.The lower leaf under different conditions of molybdenum fertilizer nicotine content was increased, the ratio of sugar and alkali with the increase of dosage of molybdenum fertilizer presented a closer range of high quality flue-cured tobacco content change trend. In the condition of T3 treatment, the different parts of tobacco leaf chemical composition content is more appropriate and good coordination.3. Effect of Molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage on flue-cured tobacco aroma substances. The experimental results showed that, upper leaf total carotene degradation products increased with the increase of dosage of molybdenum fertilizer and using, carotenoids degradation products have different content changes of central leaves and lower leaves. Carotenoids degradation products of beta Malaysia ketone in T3 treatment under the condition of each leaf content were the highest, upper leaves of lutein degradation products 4 giant bean three ketene isomer in T3 treatment were higher than control.Upper leaves maillard reaction products in T3 and T2 processing was under high class. Central leaves’ maillard reaction products was increasing with more molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage. Upper leaves furfural class matter content increased with the increase of dosage of molybdenum fertilizer increased, Central leaves’ each processing also were greater than controls. The lower leaves’ phenylalanine degradation products T3 and T1 treatment was significantly higher, the central leaves and upper leaves were no obvious regularity. The lower leaves’ neophytadience content in each treatment were higher than control, Leaf beta ring in the other part citral content of each treatment were higher than control.4. Effect of Molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage on flue-cured tobacco mineral elements substances. The experimental results showed that, lower leaf measured mineral elements content were increased with the increase of molybdenum fertilizer, but only under the condition of T3 content of each element were higher than control. Central lobe phosphorus and zinc content decreases gradually with the increase of applying molybdenum fertilizer content, but all the processing content were higher than control, central leaves other mineral elements content did not change regularity. Phosphorus and zinc content in upper leaves decreased gradually with the increase of the dosage of molybdenum fertilizer and use, upper leaves other mineral elements change regularity.5. Effect of Molybdenum fertilizer with different dosage and usage on flue-cured tobacco sensory quality and economic characters. The experimental results showed that, central lobe each process sensory quality were T3 > T2 > T1 > CK, Incense, concentration and quality of aroma, concentration of aroma, aftertaste, combustibility and ash content were improved after applying molybdenum fertilizer, T3 central leaves’ processing of sensory quality is better. Analysis of economic characters showed that with the increase of dosage of molybdenum fertilizer up and medium tobacco proportional increased gradually, variegated tobacco was down. T3 treatment is better to improve the proportion of secondary smoke, production output and average economic characters.
