The photosynthesis of tea tree in monoculture and interplanted. tea stands were systematically studied at initial vegetal stage , blooming vegetal stage and final vegetal stage by using the Li-6400 portable photosynthesis. Trough testing the net photosynthetic rate and relative factor during various season and different mode, the photosynthetic character of tea tree in Da Bie Shan district was investigated. At the same time, influences of ecoclimate factor of interplanted tea garden on biology of tea tree were studied during October. From this experiment we can obtain the following conclusions:Everyday variety of net photosynthetic rate for tea tree under interplanted mode in may is unimodal curve, the highest peak value which is 5.48μmol·m-2·s-1 appears at 13 o'clock. It is also unimodal curve for June, and the peak value is 21.75μmol·m-2·s-1 at 14 o'clock. So do as October ,but the value is 11.7μmol·m-2·s-1 at 12 o'clock.Everyday variety of net photosynthetic rate for tea tree under monoculture mode in may is doublet curve, the first peak value which is 13.7μmol·m-2·s-1 appears at 14 o'clock, and the second value is 11.65μmol·m-2·s-1 at 17 o'clock. It is also doublet curve for June, and the first peak value is 14.6μmol·m-2·s-1 at 10 o'clock, and the second peak value is 18.2μmol·m-2·s-1 at 15 o'clock. But for October, the curve is unimodal and the peak value is 4.83μmol·m-2·s-1 and occurs at 13 o'clock. The combined effect of environment factor and stoma factor is the reason of photosynthetic Midday-depressAnd the photosynthesis of chestnut in monoculture and interplanted tea stands were also systematically studied.Effects of interplanted tea stands in different shading degrees on tea ecology and physiology were also studied.Seasonal change: for photosynthetic capacity of interplanted tea tree, June>October>May, but for monoculture tea tree, June>May>October.Regression analysis showed that the main factors of affecting the photosynthetic rate of tea tree is Ci,Ta,Par,Cond,Ca.The diurnal of photosynthetic rate of chestnut in monoculture and interplanted tea stands were different. the curve of diurnal variation of pn was demonstrate two peak in monoculture and interplanted chestnut in May and in June. In October, the curve of diurnal variation of pn was also demonstrate one peak in monoculture and interplanted chestnut. it shown that tea tree did not influence photosynthetic rate of chestnut. In May, the first peak appeared at 12 o'clock and 16 o'clock respective, the first peak value was 2.014μmol·m-2·s-1and the second one was 0.4025μmol·m-2·s-1.In June, the first peak appeared at 14 o'clock and 16 o'clock respective, the first peak value was19.74μmol·m-2·s-1and the second one was 7.33μmol·m-2·s-1.The common function of no-stomatal factor and the environment factor were the reasons to photosynthetic Midday-depress. Seasonal change: interplanted chestnut, June>October>May, monoculture chestnut, before 13 o'clock, October>June>May;after 13 o'clock, June>October>May.The results showed that when the tea plantation was covered with chestnut shading in October, the temperatures of atmosphere, soil surface and soil at every observational time lower apparently than those of monoculture tea stands. The soil water content, atmosphere humidity in tea plantation with chestnut shading were much higher.
