The study on the anti-adversity and the risk of extending-culture of Lucioperca lucioperca were carried out with the purpose of giving directions on extending-culture.The oxygen consumption rate (OCR) and the asphyxia point (AP) of Lucioperca lucioperca fingerlings at different temperatures were studied. The average of asphyxia point (AP) is 1.5173 mg/L. Daily fluctuation of the OCR could also be observed in the experiment,The average of oxygen consumption rate (OCR) is 0.644 mg/g-1.h-1. Lucioperca lucioperca has the maximum oxygen consumption at night.Acute toxic experiments were carried out to test the tolerances of Lucioperca lucioperca to salinity and alkalinity.The median lethal concentrations (LC50 values) of salinity (pH=7.71±0.07) to Lucioperca lucioperca fingerlings are 12.19 g/L,11.62 g/L,11.24 g/L in 24h,48h and 96h respectively . The median lethal concentrations (LC50values) of alkalinity (pH=8.45±0.18) to Lucioperca lucioperca fingerlings are 96.02mmol/L,84.51mmol/L and 49.60mmol/L in 24h,48h and 96h respectively.HB content,Osmotic hemocytolysis,Head kidney index,Activity of T-SOD,LZM and T-AOC of serum, Phagocytic rate of head kidney cell,Rate of A rosette of head kidney cell,Phagocytic rate of leucocyte,Rate of erythrocyte immunocomplex flower rings were studied to compare the non-specific immunity among Lucioperca lucioperca,Perch fluviatilis L. and Micropterus salmoides. The results showed that Lucioperca lucioperca had excellent non-specific immunity among these three fishes.The morphological and truss network characters of Lucioperca lucioperca,Perch fluviatilis L. and Micropterus salmoides were studied by two multivariate analysis (discriminant analysis and principal component analysis).
