The study includes two tests: (1) Effects of the level of dietary fiber on trophic diarherra in piglets . (2) Effects of the level of dietary protein on trophic diarherra in piglets.Test one: Fifty—seven crossbred weanling piglets with an average initial weight and age were divided into two groups which adds to different dietary fiber. The high level of dietary fiber is 5.30%,and the low level is 2.80%. Alfalfa hay meal were selected as main fiber sources in a tested. We study on the effect of dietary fiber on performanee, nutrient digestibility , diaherra , physiolo gical indexes in blood and m icrobial activity in dung in piglets. The results were shown as follows:1 .The ablactation weight of piglets in the two test wasn't significantly(P> 0.05). The weight of the high level test is less than the the low level test when the piglets was 35 days(P>0.05).The weight was 17.82kg and 14.42kg in the two tests when the piglets was 53 days, the difference in the high level test was significant(p<0.05).After the piglets were ablactate one week, the average daily weight of the high level test was 0.14kg/d,the low test was 0.01 kg/d, the difference in the high level test was significant(P< 0.05). When the piglets were in 35-53 days. average daily weight of the high level test was 0.14kg/d,the low test was 0.01 kg/d, the difference in the high level test was significant(p<0.05).2.Nutrient digestibility wasn't significantly between the two tests.3.The diarrhea rate was 13.80% in the high level fiber test .It was 40.12% in the low level fiber test. The diarrhea frequency was 3.10% in the high level fiber test,it was 19.00% in the low level fiber test. The diarrhea index between the two tests was 0.82 and 3.50.one piglet in the low level test was dead, there was no dead piglet in the high level fiber test.4.T3 was 2.0 nmol/L in the high level fiber testjt was 1.6 nmol/L in the low level fiber test. The difference in the high level test was significant(p<0.05). T4 was 90.2nmol/L in the high level fiber testjt was 82.7 nmol/L in the low level fiber test. The difference in the high level test was significant(p<0.05).Gas was154.9 ng/mL in the high level fiber test,it was 121.5 ng/mL in the low level fiber test. The differencein the high level test was significant enhanced (p<0.01). Isu was52.3μU/mL in...
