The rural economics get rapid development with continuous deep of economic reform in our country. At the same time,it also promote vigorous development of aquaculture.However, the large faeces that aquaculture make bring big pressure to environment hygienism, the excrement of livestock and birds that are made long term multiply many fly and mosquito that spread everywhere with all kinds of bacterias, which bring serious threaten to aquaculture safety and practitioner's healthy. On the other hand, the fertilizer is used largely in agricultural production, although output of agricultural products improve greatly, it also brings a lot of problems such as decline of quality for agricultural products, hardened and impervious soil, polluted waterhead. Which are caused by lack of organic material for soil long time and excessive use of fertilizer, the basic method solving these problems is reducing use quantity of fertilizer and increasing organic material of soil. Speciall with improvement of people life level and need that agricultral products reply international competition in our country, which put forward even higher demand on agricultural products quality. These creative huge marcket space for manure.Manure not only provide many nutrient element that boost growth of cropbut also raise content of soil organic material, mend farming construction of soil. Broadcasting manure reasonably can improve agricultural atmosphere condiction, water condition and biology condition.We should adopt different scatter equipment aim at different manure. There are many types manure spreader that can scatter different types of manure in the forein country, but in China, we still adopt manual spread traditionally. Use of manure spreader can meliorate the work condition, reduce the work intensity, improve the uniformity and the enthusiasm of farmers. And it is very important content for the farming ecological balance and farming continuable development stratagem.First this article elicit the least obliquity and outlet dimension through theory analysis and formula speculation.At the same time,this offers basal DEM analysis model for simulation,thereby,realizing computer simulation process.This article use the software system of digital design.When analysing the unloading process of the manure spreader box with this software,first we should use CAD box to build DEM analysis model.Then,we make the test-bed for study.From the test we can know the influence factors:box outlet dimension,box obliquity,box shape.Use the L27(313) orthogonal design for the best uniformity.Finally,this article compares emulation and test result and knows consistent variational trend between them by DEM analysis through comparation analysis.Analysing the test result we know the factor C(outlet dimension),B(box obliquity),influence notability the reliability of this judgement is 99 percent,however,the influence of factor A(box shape) is inapparent so that we can know the factors of influence test order is CBA.This article research box of solid manure spreader for horizontal disk.Through the experimental study for each parameter of manure spreader box,we obtain the best project,which establishes basis for manufacture of manure spreader.
