In this present study, a total of 16 (Duroc*Landrac*Yorkshire,20kg initially )crossbred grow-finishing pig with an equal weight were divided into four groups randomLy. The first group (control group) was injected intramuscularly 10mL physiological brine. The second, third and forth group (test groups) were injected intramuscularly three different levels of swine TF (0.1 mL/kg , 0.2 mL/kg and 0.4 mL/kg.BW, diluted with physiological brine to 10mL) to study the effect of different concentration of swine TF on the porcine lymphocytic proliferation effects, the changes of subgroup T lymphocytes in porcine peripheral blood, the changes of complement activity, total concentration of IgG, IgA, IgM, as well as the concentration of several important cytokines such as IL-2, and IL-4 in serum for 21 days. The result shown that the CD3+T-cells of test groups were higher than control group during the whole test period, and were significantly higher(P<0.01)than the control group after the 8th day. The CD4+ T-cells of test groups were significantly enhanced after 2nd day,and were significantly higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01) than control group. The CD8+T-cells of test groups were lower than control group during the whole test period ,and were significantly lower (P<0.05) on the 8th day.The proliferation of lymphocytic of test groups was significant enhanced(P<0.05, on day 8;P<0.01,on day 5)than control group. The IgG of test groups were enhanced after the 2nd day, and the 0.1 mL/kg test group was significant higher (P<0.05) than other groups on the 5th and 16th days. The 0.4 mL/kg test group was significantly higher (P<0.01) than control groups on the 2nd day. The IgM of 0.1 mL/kg test groups was significant higher (P<0.05) than other groups on the 12th day.The IgM of 0.4 mL/kg test roups was lower than other groups markedly (P<0.05) before the 8th day , but was significant higher (P<0.05 or P<0.01) than other groups .All the test groups were significantly higher (P<0.01) than the control group on the 21thday.The IgA of 0.1 mL/kg test groups kept increasing in the first 12 days, and was significant higher (P<0.05) than control group on the 8thday, and was significantly higher (P<0.01) than other groups on the 12thday. The IgA of 0.4 mL/kg test groups was higher than other groups on the 2nd,5thand 8thday,and was significantly higher (P<0.01) than control group on the 8th day.The serum IL-2 of 0.1 mL/kg test groups was significant higher(P<0.05 or P<0.01) than 0.7 mL/kg test groups and control group on the 2nd,5thand 12thday. The serum IL-2 of 0.4 mL/kg test groups was significant higher(P<0.05) on the 2nd,5th ,12thand 16thday,and was significantly higher(P<0.01) than control group on the 2nd day. The serum IL-2 of 0.7 mL/kg test groups was significant higher(P<0.05) than control group on the 2nd day,5th and 16thday.The serum IL-4 of control group was significant higher(P<0.05)than the test groups...
