Potato belongs to agricultural material, it was one of the most popular vegetables liked by customs. And it's nutrition was abundant and various, it's benefit was also remarkable in the industry processing. In most time such as harvesting, handling, and processing, potato was under the circumstance of dynamic load. It was necessity for us to study these actual mechanics characteristics by vibration method. In this paper, five representative Heilongjiang Province potato cultivars dynamic mechanical characteristics were researchedIn this paper, several experimental methods that were applied to potato dynamic mechanics characters were researched, designed and developed necessary test set up, collocated several testing system such as: sinusoidal alternative strain-stress test system, hammer impacting test, pellet impacting test. The wavelet coif5 was used for multiscale analysis denoise, the effect was extremely obvious and the processing speed was improved.Researched the theory that was used to deduced the dynamic parameters by sinusoidal alternative strain-stress test system, at the same time, the method characteristic extraction was researched. Strain-stress test was used to study the dynamic mechanics characteristics of cylinder sample within the frequencies 40-210 Hz. The relationship between potato impacting dynamic parameters and apparent strength and mass.
