| Rice output of our country is the largest in the world, which is staple food of more than halfof total people. During innovation opening, market economy develop deeply.and improvement ofpeople life level, high quality rice product is more and more concerned by rice consumer, breedingspecialist produce machining and sell department. In order to improve rice quality, increaseeconomical benefit, we need to choose suitable machining technics and process technologyaccording to different characteristics of different rice varieties. But electric and dynamicmechanical properties of agricultural products are the important foundation, which can be used tonon- destructiveness examination, processing and so on.Application of agriculture products electrical and dynamic properties in agriculturalengineering fields was depicted in detail in the study, whose development is very considerable.Study of electrical and dynamic properties of agricultural products and foodstuff is a new field, thetheory of which is not systemic now, but it will become useful in the future.Four varieties rice were chosen in the study, by means of theoretic analysis and experimentresearch, the electrical property were studied. It cannot be exactlly imitated with single electricitymodle because of the complexity of composition in rice kernels. This text try to imitated electricalproperty with trinal cell electrical model,. The modle is parallelled with three different resistanceand three electric capacity which connected in series. Three cells separately simulate electricalproperty of different structure part of paddy rice kernel organization. And constructed the ricekernel overall electricity property by the model. Dielectric constant, dielectric relaxation constant,conductance, etc. electrical parameters were acquired. And electrical properties of rice kernel weresimulated by use of trinal cell electrical model, which also be analyzed theorically. Finally, threeunit electrical propertyies that have actual physics significance are acquired.The influence of moisture content, quality and variety of rice kernel on electric parameterswere studied. Regression equations were established through multivariate stepwise regression,which showed that change of electrical parameters according to different varieties, differentmoisture contents and qualities, which can be used to forecast the quality change during storing, transport and processing.Dynamic mechanical characteristics theory was studied through strain-stress test, dynamicmechanical parameters such as absolute dynamic modulus and loss angle by the test that loadedfrequency among 50~200Hz, amplitude is 0.5V.The influence of moisture content, quality and variety of rice kernel on electric parameterswere studied. Regression equations were established through multivariate stepwiseregression,which showed that change of electrical parameters according to different varieties,different moisture contents and qualities, which can be used to control rice quality, and to be thefoundation of finish machining and classification self-motion.General application of electrical and dynamic properties on detection online, qualityevaluation and classification self-motion are discuss. The useful basic data information for paddyrice's quality control, the quality appraisal, the processing stores are provided.Ralation of electricity properties and absolute dynamic modulus were studied and found therelationship of dielectric capacity and conductivity of rice kernels was negative correlation.Another, certain relations of relaxation frequence and absolute dynamic modulus were existed. Itcan be use to substitutes the dynamic mechanical testing research. |
