At present, agricultural informationlize is a main trend in agricultural development. The expert system is a capable assistant during agricultural production. However, because of the factors of network lay, living standard and ideology of peasant and so on, most country areas were not able to use the expert system at all., that divorced the expert system from peasants and had seriously influenced and restricted the development of the agricultural informationlize.This paper proposed the solution of voice service system orienting the cow disease expert system, which was suitable for peasant's information transmission, especially the peasants from remote regions could obtain the knowledge of expert system by the voice service system.The system was a compositive integrated system, in which call center was main and network is assistant. On the basis of systematic whole structure and systematic functional design, the software design of voice service system was proposed, and a large number of system development work had been finished by using soft engineering method, .NET framework technology, ASP.NET technology, using API and database accessing technology, and thus it realized users using the expert system in a long-distance. This system combined the knowledge of cow disease diagnosis and experience of cow experts for many years with telephone voice, which made the knowledge and the methods of analysis and solving the problems of cow experts popularized, and enable the expert system real serve peasants. it had played a guiding role for agricultural production practice, had improved the level of scientific management and had created higher social benefits. Aimed at the disadvantage of massive data of knowledge base and slow deduction, based on the knowledge of the expert system dendriform structure and the isomorphism of query and choice course, system proportioned the consuming operation that search knowledge tree coursed partly to user keystroke choice to finish, that could eliminate bottleneck which the expert system deductive course produced, and try to reach the load proportion in order to make the peasants query information by telephone change unable tolerance into acceptance. The system adopted the classification method based on decision tree, designed pruning technological arithmetic and cut down the unrelated knowledge to the users in query course, therefore, before the inference engine deduced the knowledge asked by users, the structure of the decision tree had been simplified, that accelerated the speed of deduction.
