In recent years,the government regard the development of milk as the direction of livestockrestructuring in the livestock strategy, our Department of Agriculture have made a plant to developthe cows industry during "the tenth five-year project",the scale of cow breeding expands rapidlyand the cow industry is becoming the industry that has most development potentiality in ruraleconomy gradually. The foundation of developing milk industry is cow breeding, so in needs totrain a new generation farmers and herdsmen who have great quality to support its development.But,most cow-raiser live in the more remote area,we are unable to offer faxe-toface training to theso huge colony people.Heilongjiang Province remote training system of cow breeding basedon .NET is developed just for such demand.The Whole system is made up of training video frequency teaching system, automaticpronunciation navigation service system and the cow consultation system based on Web.The usercan get the cow's artificial breeding technique by long-distance training video frequency teachingsystem In the internet.We use Streaming Media technology to carry on processing to the cow videofrequency document, and use the limited network band width to realize the best transmission ofvideo frequency audio frequency, animation and the multimedia courseware in thelong-distance.Inorder to save the limited sources of server and the internet,designed the timesharing grouping cycle patch dispatch arithmetic,it can service many users use only one server.In the area where without internet,the system combined the knowledge of cow diseasediagnosis and experience of cow experts for many years with telephone voice, which made theknowledge and the methods of analysis and solving the problems of cow experts popularized,it hadplayed a guiding role for agricultural production practice, had improved the level of scientificmanagement and had created higher social benefits. Aimed at the disadvantage of massive data ofknowledge base and slow deduction, based on the knowledge of the expert system dendriformstructure and the isomorphism of query and choice course, system proportioned the consumingoperation that search knowledge tree coursed partly to user keystroke choice to finish, that couldeliminate bottleneck which the expert system deductive course produced, and try to reach theload proportion in order to make the peasants query information by telephone change "unabletolerance" into acceptance. The system adopted the classification method based on decision tree,designed pruning technological arithmetic and cut down the unrelated knowledge to the users in query course, therefore, before the inference engine deduced the knowledge asked by users, thestructure of the decision tree had been simplified, that accelerated the speed of deduction. Thedesign and realization of Web based consultative system, adapted to the user demands of differentlevel, and offered many kinds of settlement routes to different problems in cow production..The function of Heilongjiang Province remote training syetem of cow breeding can reflectfrom the following aspects:one.Train herdsmen to make them grasp the scientific cow culturaltechnique;two.Release scientific and technological information to the hersmen:three.Solve theproblem which will be met in production and practices in time.By building the system ,it willimprove the development of our province's cow industry in the view of realistic and long-termmeaning.
