The piglets is weaned early not only enhances productive performance of sow and the effeciency of equipments, reduced disease dissemination from sows, but also enhances performance of piglets at in growthing period, because the influence from weaned psychology, environment and nutrition straict to piglets, often initiates so-called"early-weaning piglets synthesis to stress"。So the diet that is suitable to digest physiology of early-weaned piglets is the effective method, which can overcame early-weaning piglets synthesis to stress . The Spray-Dried Plasma Protein was one of the ideal raw materials of feed raw materials for early-weaned piglets, but its cost was much higher because the source was limited, so in certain degree the extensive application of SDPP was limited . It is always a hot research topic to find an economical and effective protein source. 15 litters (139 piglets) weaned (Landrace×Yorkshire) at 23 day of average age were randomly divided into three treatment by age and weaned weight, 5 replications per treatment, 8~10 piglets per replication. The effects of diets replacing Spray-Dried Plasma Protein(SDPP)with Soybean Concentrate Protein(SCP)or Isolated Soybean Protein(ISP) on early-weaned piglets were evaluated, taking performance, serum metabolites, serum enzyme activities, immune functions and hormones into consideration. Changes of treatment fed different diet. The results indicated, compared with treatment SDPP, average daily gain (ADG) of SCP group and ISP group decreased by 13.26% and 23.30% respectively(P>0.05), average daily feed intake (ADFI) of SCP group and ISP group decreased by 10.11% and 16.16% respectively(P>0.05), F/G of SCP group and ISP group decreased by 2.73% and 10% respectively(P>0.05); the diarrhea frequency of SCP group, compared with SDPP group, decreased by 1.5(P>0.05) with ISP group increased by 0.66(P<0.05); the expenditure for the feed and medicine per kilogram body weight gain cost of SCP group, compared with SDPP group, decreased by 8.7%(P>0.05) with ISP group increased by 5.69%( P>0.05); serum total protein (TP) of SCP group and ISP group, compared with SDPP group, significantly decreased by 15.98% and 17.86%(P<0.05), glucose of SCP group and ISP group decreased by 15.98% and 17.86%(P>0.05),serum urea nitrogen (UN) of SCP group and ISP group significantly decreased by 45.78% and 21.33%(P<0.05);the activity of serum ALT of SCP group and ISP group decreased by 10.98% and16.36%( P>0.05); the activity of AST of ISP group, compared with SDPP GROUP, decreased by 37.05%, with that of SCP group had a trend of decreasing. the activity of serum ALP of SCP group and ISP group decreased by 17.14% and 24.73%(P>0.05); the activity of serum LDHL of ISP group had the sharpest fluctuation...
