The objective of this study was to evaluate the nutritional value, amino acid digestibility parameters, and application effects in the weaned piglets diets of four different sources of fermented soybean meal by chemical analysis, digestion and metabolism tests, and feeding experiments. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the application of fermented soybean meal in pig feed. The research content includes three aspects: the first experiment was to analyze the nutrient and anti-nutritional factors of fermented soybean meal(FSM)from four different sources; The second experiment was to determine the nutrient digestibility and amino acid ileal digestibility of weaned piglets on four different sources of fermented soybean meal: Ten Crossbred(Duroc x Landrace x Large White)barrows(initially 9.50 ± 0.20 kg)were fitted with sample T-cannulas in the terminal ileum. After a 14-d recovery period, trail was conducted with a simple 5×5 Latin square design. The experimental diets were Guangdong FSM,South Korean FSM and Taiwan FSM cornstarch-based semipurified diets.Four cornstarch-based diets were prepared using each of the protein sources as the sole source of amino acid(AA)and crude protein(CP).An N-free diet was used to measure basal endogenous losses of AA.Chrominc oxide(0.35%)was formulated as a digestibility marker in all diets; In third experiment,288 heads of average weight(7.60 ± 0.30 kg)of 35-day-old healthy(Duroc x Landrace x Large White)weaned piglets were randomly divided into 4 treatments based on the principle of balanced distribution of body weight, gender, and health status, with 6 replicates per treatment. Each repeats 12 piglets. The experimental diet was designed with reference to the NRC(2012)pig feeding standard.Guangdong fermented soybean meal,Korean fermented soybean meal, and Taiwan fermented soybean meal were all used in the diet at 10%.The experiment began 35 days after weaning and ended at 70 days,a total of 35 days.At the end of the 35 th day of the experiment, blood was collected from the anterior vena cava to determine serum biochemical and antioxidant parameters. The test results are as follows:1.Analysis of Nutritional Components and Antinutritional Factors of Fermented Soybean Meal from Four Different Sources.Compared with domestically produced Shanghai Yuan yao fermented soybean meal(50%),the water soluble protein content of fermented soybean meal in South Korea(53%)and South Korea(55%)increased by 34.07% and 51.17%,and the glycinin content decreased.8.28%,34.19%;?-conglycinin content decreased by 4.56% and 37.12%,respectively.Different sources of fermented soybean meal had little difference in terms of dry matter, crude fat, crude ash, calcium, phosphorus and amino acid content.2.Effects of four different sources of fermented soybean meal on conventional nutrient digestibility and amino acid ileal digestibility of weaned piglets.(1)Compared with domestically produced Shanghai Yuan Yao fermented soybean meal(50%),Korea(53%),South Korea(55%)and Dabomb(51%)showed no significant differences in dry matter, crude protein digestibility, and nitrogen metabolism rate(P > 0.05).(2)In terms of amino acid digestibility, the apparent digestibility and standard digestibility of methionine in Dabomb fermented soybean meal(51%)were significantly lower(P<0.05)than that of domestically produced Shanghai Yuan yao fermented soybean meal(50%).6.78%,6.71%.In other amino acids, the amino acid ileal terminal digestibility(AID)and amino acid standard digestibility(SID)of fermented soybean meal from different sources were not significantly different(P>0.05).3.Effects of Fermented Soybean Meal from Different Sources on Growth Performance and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Weaned Piglets.(1)Compared with the fermented soybean meal(53%)dietary treatment group in Korea, the domestically produced Shanghai Yuan yao Fermented Soybean Meal(50%)diet treatment group had a tendency to reduce the F/G ratio(P<0.10),a decrease of 5.72%.There was no significant difference in the average daily gain of piglets, average daily feed intake, and frequency of diarrhea between dietary groups of fermented soybean meal(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the domestically produced Shanghai Yuanyao Fermented Soybean Meal(50%)dietary treatment group, serum albumin level in the piglet diet of Taiwan Fermented Soybean Meal(51%)significantly increased by 35.69%(P<0.05),while albumin/globulin ratio also significantly increased, increased by 44.01%(P <0.05).Dietary urea nitrogen, total protein, globulin, total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and glutathione in the other fermented soybean meal diets were compared with the domestically produced Shanghai Yuan yao Fermented Soybean Meal(50%)dietary treatment group.GSH-PX and T-SOD were not significantly different(P>0.05).
