Used different type of spring maize: common maize Benyu 9, high-starch maize Pingan 18, high grade protein maize Fenghe 10 and high-starch maize Sidan 19, at different N level, through mensuration and analysis of key enzyme in composing starch and starch content and maize quality, and combined micrology technic, observed and analyzed maize starch grain, explored starch accumulating rule in maize, realized starch forming principle and control effect by N dosage, provided academic evidence for fertilizing of sprig maize, settled base for improving high- starch maize, provided assistance for planting spring maize with high yield and high effect. The conclusion is:Activity of ADPG-PPase in grouting process changes as single peak; ADPG-PPase is positive correlation with starch content. ADPG-PPase is relative to starch forming. ADPGPase is key enzyme of starch forming in spring maize. N200 is the best disposal to enhance activity of ADPG-PPase. Activity of Q enzyme change as single peak when grouting, the peak appears early, it drops fluctuatly after the peak, at a slow speed. Q enzyme is positive correlative to total starch potent. Q enzyme is positive correlative remarkable to total starch potent and amylopectin. Correlation of Q enzyme and starch is: amylopectin>total starch> amylase. N200 is the best disposal to enhance activity of Q enzyme of Benyu 9, Pingan 18, Sidan19; N100 is the best disposal to enhance activity of Q enzyme of Fenghe 10.Total starch content, amylopectin and amylase in spring maize change as S curve, Accumulation rates of total starch, amylopectin and amylase in spring maize grains change as singe peak, the change trend of total starch and amylopectin, the date of accumulation peak of total starch is different with different N dosage, Lack N can make the date of accumulation peak of total starch advance, equal N can make the date of accumulation peak of amylopectin. At different N level, total starch content at 21 days after silking: N200>N100>N300>N0. The variance analysis shows: No N or superfluous N can remarkable debase total starch content and at the best N level the total starch content is: Pingan 18 >Sidan 19> Fenghe 10> Benyu 9.Starch grain in spring is single, exterior is slick, grain is globe or polyhedron, and grains in the center of cell are big and polyhedron, grains on the fringe are small and globe, the number of grain is positive correlative to the room, in the mature period, the number of starch, density of starch and starch content are great remarkable correlative and remarkable correlative, at...
