Ten rams were randomly allotted into five groups with tow duplicates in the experiment and fed diets of different zinc level. Five groups diets were as follows: A group diet was control group with zinc level of 39.69 mg/kg, B, C, D, E group diets had zinc level of 48.12 mg/kg, 53.83 mg/kg, 59.55 mg/kg, 65.26 mg/kg respectively. The results of experiments were as follows:1. Effects of microelement zinc fed for rams on ejaculate volume are seldom, but that can enhanced sperm density and viability, that can deceased sperm abnormality and pH. The ram with good seminal quality and breeding performance was fed zinc level of 53.83mg/kg at least.2. The rams with deficiency zinc were fed 53.83mg/kg-65.26mg/kg can increase some indexes of seminal quality with fed days, after 60 days it possessed ideal condition. Sperm density and viability of rams fed 53.83mg/kg zinc diet was higher25 % and168.89%than control group, sperm abnormality and pH was lower 87.16 %and 10.17 % after 60 days. So, to assure seminal quality rams were fed zinc time is 60 days at least before breeding.3. Zinc contents of seminal plasma of different ram group is differ significantly with each other(P<0.05),and four groups fed zinc were great higher than control group. The relation between zinc contents of seminal plasma and zinc had highly coefficient of correlation in the 45 days. The fluctuation tendency of zinc contents of seminal plasma displayed after 45 days and had lowly coefficient of correlation. Zinc content of wool was increasing with increase of levels of zinc in diets, and the positively correlation coefficient of them is highly. The positively highly relation between feed days and zinc content of wool rams after the rams fed zinc 30 days.4. Condition of zinc nutrient would be monitored by the sensitive tissue index of zinc content of ram wool, and the index was critical when zinc content of ram wool was 0.1294mg/g by fed 60 days and fed 53.83mg/kg zinc level. The experimental showed that the regression equation of zinc content of ram wool with zinc content of diets was:...
