Zinc, Iron is not only essential for the normal growth of plants, and is closelyrelated with people through the food chain, animal health. Calcareous soil in northernChina for Zinc, Iron is insufficient, crop yield and quality will be significantly affected,thereby affecting human health. Potato production in Gansu Province, focusing onlong-term application of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other major elements,ignoring the trace elements, resulting in a serious impact on the yield and quality ofpotato tubers.In this study, the Institute of Agricultural Sciences potato rainfed areas andDingxi City in Gansu Province, Gansu Agricultural University, pot and field trials werearranged to study the different varieties of Zinc fertilizer (Zinc sulfate, Zinc sugaralcohol) and Iron and Zinc fertilizer on potato growth and the main impact of changes innutritional quality, designed to provide the basis for improving the yield and nutritionalquality of potato tubers. The main results of the test are as follows:1.Foliar Zinc fertilizer increased the potato photosynthetic rate and chlorophyllcontent, and ultimately significantly increase the yield of potato tubers. Compared withthe control, the potato tuber yield Zinc sulfate and Zinc processing sugar alcoholincreased by12.7%and24.9%. Sugar alcohols, organic small molecular effects of Zincon potato yield significantly better than inorganic Zinc sulfate.2.Zinc fertilizer under different experimental conditions, the application of Zincfertilizer treatment to some extent, an increase of potato Vitamin C, total soluble sugars,starch and protein content, reducing sugar content, help to improve the nutritionalquality of potato; administration of Zinc and sugar alcohols Zinc sulfate on thenutritional quality of potato tubers major effect quite.3. Vitamin C content of potato tubers with the growth of the advance after the firstlift, the end of the Vitamin C content of starch accumulation reached the maximummaturity to harvest Vitamin C decreased rapidly; applied Zinc can increase the Vitamin Ccontent of the tuber, Zinc treatment facilities throughout the growing period tubersVitamin C content than control; influence the course of the reduced form of Vitamin Ccontent of Zinc fertilizer in two varieties of potato tuber formation was no significant difference.4. Free amino acids in potato tubers with the growth of the advance after the firstlift, the highest value in the late tuber enlargement; applied Zinc on potato tuberformation of free amino acids have a certain influence, tubers free amino acid contentafter applying Zinc declined, but no significant difference between treatments.5.Application of Zinc fertilizer can significantly increase the accumulation ofvarious organs of potato Zinc pigment, Zinc sulfate and sugar alcohols maturity Zincprocessing of whole amount of Zinc accumulation factors were increased by37.5percentand49.4percent. Sugar alcohols Zinc better than Zinc sulfate.6.Iron, Zinc fertilizer trials showed that under Longshu3field test conditions, thesingle application of Zinc production role potatoes on significant single application ofIron and Iron Zinc fertilizer had no significant effect on the potato tuber yield; Shi Iron,Zinc, and Iron and Zinc Fertilizers make potato tubers free amino acids increased by49.5%-73.9%, an increase of16.1%-44.9soluble protein%, but had no significanteffect on the nutritional quality of potatoes other.7.Iron and Zinc pot and field trial results show that foliar Iron, Zinc Fertilizer onIron and Zinc content in potato tubers complex. Single application of foliar Iron, Zincand Iron are conducive to improve the content of potato tubers and Zinc content. Ironand Zinc Fertilizer on Potato tubers with Iron and Zinc content of Iron and Zinc on theconcentration varies.Low Iron levels, Zinc application will help improve the Iron contentof potato tubers, high Iron levels, the greater the concentration of Zinc is applied, theless help to increase the Iron content of the tubers; low levels of Zinc, Iron applied to theZinc content of potato tubers have a role in promoting high when Zinc levels, Iron is notconducive to improving the Zinc content of the tuber. Tests showed that Iron, Zincfertilizer performance of low concentrations of mutual promotion and mutual inhibitionat high concentrations. Optimum concentration of Iron, Zinc is0.2%.
