On the basis of screening on bioactivities of Euphorbia ebracteolata including insecticidal, fungicidal and herbicidal bioactivity, the studies on isolation and identification of fungicidal components from Euphorbia ebracteolata for the first time and derivative synthesis with one of them For leading first have been carried out. The main results are as follows.Petroleum ether extract, chloroform extract, ether acetate extract, methanol extract of Euphorbia ebracteolata were tested against insecticidal and herbicidal activity.The results indicated that all test samples had no evident activity.By means of mycelium growth rate, the all test samples of Euphorbia ebracteolata had different degree fungicidal activity against eight kinds of agricultural fungal including Botrytis cirerea etc at the concentration of 1000 mg·L-1,the ether acetate extract .particularly had the most intensive fungicidal activity and inhibiting rates against Bipolarissorokiniana shoem,Exserohilum turcicum,Bipolaris maydis,Curvularia lunata,Monilinia fructigens,Botrytis cirerea were all above 70%.The results of pot test also showed that ether acetate extract of Euphorbia ebracteolata exhibited 64.38% protective efficacy against Blumeria graminis disease.The fungicidal compound YD1 and YD4 were obtained from Euphorbia ebracteolata with bioactivity-traced method. Comparing with the standard spectra of chromatography chart such as MS, 1H NMR and 13C NMR,compound YD1 and YD4 were identified as 3-acetyl-α-amyranol and 3-furan carboxylic acid.3-furan carboxylic acid copper were synthesized With YD1 For the leading first.The fungicidal results showed that 3-furan carboxylic acid copper had the most intensive fungicidal activity and inhibiting rates against the tested fungi were all above 80%. The results of toxicity of Inhibiting the germination of spore tests indicated that the values of EC5(0μg·ml-1)respectively YD1 were 112.26,112.82,229.85,162.72,240.09,YD4 were 78.90,140.3,89.30,254.0,121.9,and 3-furan carboxylic acid copper were 87.67,63.09,80.86,120.3,106.3 against Exserohilum turcicum,Bipolaris maydis,Botrytis...
