Embedded technology is a research hotspot in the computer application. The application of embedded system is contacted closely with people's life. In the development and application of the embedded system, using the embedded RTOS is inevitable tendency and App hotspot.The working process of combine harvester is a complex system with nonlinearity, time changing and long time-lapse. The exact mathematics model built is difficult between the parameters. The application of the traditional control theory is very difficult in this area. Aiming at these problems, the dissertation takes the combine harvester's feeding capacity as object, studies the embedded RTOS software platform built based onμC/OS-II and the one dimension fuzzy controller design based on combination of embedded technology and fuzzy control technology. In the end, the fuzzy control algorithm is implemented in the embedded RTOS software platform. It offers a new thought and method for the study and design of the combine harvester's complex automation system.The main contributions of this research include:(1) On the basis of studying the kernel principle and structure ofμC/OS-II, the shortcoming of the kernel's interrupt has been pointed out. The idiographic improving methods from interrupt process and clock interrupt, have been put forward.(2) Aiming at the chip LPC2210, the paper studies three key files contents ofμC/OS-II kernel migration dealing with, and realizes the migration. By writing a two-task testing program, the paper tests the migration, and the test result indicates the migration codes running all right.(3) In the ADS1.2 integration development software, by the realization of a material project, the paper studies the embedded RTOS software platform built and the internet applications design methods based on the platform. The result indicates the build embedded RTOS software platform running steady,dependable, the design application based on the platform realizes the project's functions. The study indicates developing real time application which adopts blocking method based on embedded RTOS makes the program design and extend easily, makes the design process predigest.
