With the development of China's agriculture towards modernization,scale and intelligence,higher design requirements are put forward for agricultural machinery products,while existing design systems have problems such as relatively low design efficiency,low knowledge inheritance and reuse rate,high design cost and long cycle,therefore,knowledge-based design methods and digital design systems based on CAX and PDM have become important ways for intelligent design of agricultural machinery.At present,some research institutes and enterprises have initially formed an intelligent design system.However,in the process of integrating various professional design software and CAX toolset,the system has problems such that the user interface is not uniform,the model heterogeneous data cannot be transmitted to each other,the coupling degree is high,and the scalability is poor.In view of the above problems,this paper takes the combine harvester as the application object and studies its intelligent design software interface technology.The main work contents are as follows:(1)User interfaceThrough the analysis of the functional requirements of the combine harvester intelligent design system,this paper uses VS 2015 to design a user interface that integrates various workbenches and CAX toolsets,The workbenches have part design,assembly design,motion simulation(DMU),engineering structure analysis(CAE).The CAX toolset includes intelligence virtual assembly,interactive creation of motion mechanisms,parameter optimization matching,model information retrieval,and interactive engineering analysis,and uses the Windows API(Application Program Interface)function to achieve access to each workbench interface.(2)Background data interaction interfaceIn order to solve the problem that the data generated by different team designed functional modules cannot be transmitted to each other during the development process of the combine harvester intelligent design system,this paper uses CATIA out-of-process API technology to develop a system background interactive data interface through the research of CAD internat ional standard data formats such as DXF,STEP and IGES.Background interactive data interface can transform the model heterogeneous data into a unified CAD international standard format,effectively solving the problem that heterogeneous data cannot be tra nsmitted to each other.(3)Functional module package and external interfaceIn order to solve the problem of high coupling degree and poor expansion of the intelligent design system of combine harvester,and to realize the standardization and modular desi gn goal of the system,this paper uses the dynamic link library(DLL)technology to realize the encapsulation of the system function module and provide external access interfaces.(4)Development of motion mechanism interactive creation moduleThe interactive organization of the motion mechanism is an application example of the above three software interface technologies,which can be used to verify the motion characteristics of the mechanism in the system model library and obtain its kinematic parameters.Using VB.NET as the development language,the CATIA secondary development interface and Windows API functions are used to implement the encapsulation of the CATIA DMU workbench to create the motion mechanism commands to weaken the limitations of profession al background knowledge.The user interface,background data interaction interface,function module package and external interface and motion mechanism interactive creation module are tested.The test results show that the user interface integration technology can be applied to the interface integration of any professional software of the system,which has universality and versatility;the background data interaction interface is used to solve the problem of heterogeneous data transfer.It provides a convenient auxiliary tool for the conversion between system data formats,and also lays a foundation for the design of universal data interfaces;the encapsulation and external interface of the functional module is the key technology to realize the standardizati on and modularization of the system program.The application of the technology facilitates the maintenance of the system and the expansion of the function;the interactive motion mechanism creation module is an application example of the system software interface technology,which weakens the professional operation and provides users with simple interaction forms and operations.The research and application of software interface technology in the intelligent design system of combine harvester provides a technical reference for the research of this kind of intelligent design system.
