Corychophramus Violaceua. L.O.E.Schulz, an annual or biennial herbage of Cruciferae is a species of Brassicaceae. Corychophramus Violaceua is super for its high oil quality, and its life cycle is short. Its yield is great and rich in nutrition. It has a strong capacity of adaptation to various ecological conditions and the content of amino acid is higher. It is an excellent oil plant and worthy of development. At the same time, the basic research about Corychophramus Violaceua as a good plant for genetic was achieved a large development.Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill), an annual or perennial herbage of Lycopersicon of Solanaceae, is important as vegetable and fruit. It distributes widely, and its output is good, the nutrition in it is great and plentiful. It is widely used in our lives. It is valuable to study the procreation of tomato. For further research of tomato procreation, tissue culture and molecular biological were studied about the pollen of tomato in this paper: we cultured the immature pollen of tomato in vitro and studied the protein expressing of different periods pollen of tomato.1. At first, some observations and researches of microspores developmental...
