Research Of Pesticide Residues Detection Based On Fluorescence Spectrum Theory

The theory of fluorescence analysis method was detailedly analyzed in this thesis. Though with a high precision, the traditional mainframe instruments used in detecting and analyzing the pesticides residues in the crops and environment, are always operated flexibly, the period from preparing the sample to testing and analyzing is long, and these methods are with a defect that can't make field detecting. Based on learning from the characteristics and the design concepts of the detection system for pesticides residues based on fluorescence analysis design of predecessors, The detection system for pesticide residues based on fluorescence analysis was designed. During the testing process, this detector can be operated easily with a fast speed, the test results are reliable, Besides, it is small, light weight and portable, these provide a new way to test the pesticides residues in the environment, specially for the crops.The dissertation consists of six chapters.In the first chapter, the significance of the research is clarified. The development and trend of the pesticides residues detecting technology is described. Based on these, the orientation and the main content of the design are given.In the second chapter, the theory and the detecting principle about the detection system for pesticides residues based on fluorescence analysis is depicted; The structure and characteristic of the pesticides was anatomized as the theory basis of the design of the detector.In the third chapter, based on analyzing the advantages of the similar type instruments and comprehending the need during the test of pesticides residues, the design scheme of this project was provided.
