Recent years, the tendency of antibiotic resistance become more aggravated with the generally using of antibiotic and chemical drugs. Antibiotic resistance are involved in three facts: efflux pump AcrAB of bacterial, multiple antibiotic resistance regulatory gene Mar and mutation and deletion of outer membrane protein. IDrug resistance of one hundred and sixty strains Escherichia coli were analysised with ten antibiotic. Multiple antibiotic resistance were existed widely and the highest drug fast rate of Amoxicillin, phytomycin, rifadin, the lowest drug fast rate of ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin and amikacin. Antibiotic resistance are easily induced by alficetin, cidomycin, amoxicillin and ambramycin through strain induced exprement.Sequences of drug-resistance bacteria, moderate drug-resistance bacteria, sensitive bacteria and induced drug-resistance bacteria were analysised and results displayed that the MarR gene of drug-resistance bacteria and sensitive bacteria existed mutation and most of them are nonsense mutation. Most of drug-resistance bacteria were existed mutation in AcrR gene and the mutable points are extensively. For example, there are three mutations in one multiple antibiotic resistance strain, in twenty two position, aspartate take the place of aminosuccinamic acid; in fifty five position, 2-pyrrolidine carboxylic acid take the place of 2-aminopropionic acid and the two hundred and fourteen position is deletion. These results indicate that AcrR gene mutation of strain is an important factor for multiple antibiotic resistance.Out membrane protein of drug-resistance bacteria, moderate drug-resistance...
