| The application of precision seed-drill device has become the main character of modern sowing technology. It is also the major developmental direction of sowing. The precision seed-metering is the centre component of precision seed-drill and its performance influence the sowing quality directly. So supervising the precision seed-metering timely and precisely is very essential for the insurability of machines'working statues. This paper combines the project of"the the science and technology develop bureau of Jilin province"(No. 20040545) and"the project of doctoral program fundation of Chinese ministry of education"(No. 98018513).I analysis the method of detecting the performance of seed-metering throughout domestic and overseas, and chooses the optoelectronic method to detect the seed-metering at last.
