Ultra-low vloume spraying and long-range air-assisted spraying are the new technologices arisen recently in the field of plant protection equipment. Its special merits: saving labor and drug, low cost, timely preventing and curing, and being not strict to the sorts of drug and weather condition etc, which have made these new technologies walk in the first rank in the field of plant protection equipment. But our country trailed the developed country in the field, about the lower efficiency of crop-dusting and utilize. So developing plant protection equipment actively and studying crop-dusting technology are urgent affairs.Since CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) Technology was invented, it has been attached great importance as a new technique and has been greatly developed. Due to being proved true by the high precise numerical forecasts of flow, heat transference, combustion, chemical reaction, multiphase flow in many engineering practices in high technology industry such as aviation spaceflight etc, the numerical simulation increasingly becomes popularized and adopted in many other engineering industries.The paper based on the 6WC-30Y-G model truck-mounted ultra-low vloume sprayer and united the turbulent speciality of inner flow field in the area of spraying field, establish the right turbulent model and numerical simulation method based the CFD commercial software FLUENT.Firstly, the paper analyse the theory of fogdrop fragmentation and find the primary factors about affecting fogdrop sizes and uniformity.Secondly, establish the right turbulent model and find logical numerically solving arithmetic aimed at the inner flow. Integrating the flow condition in the spraying inner flow field, expound the numerical simulation process and key problems.The third, use the FLUENT software simulate the inner flow of the air-assisted hydraulic ultra-low vloume sprayer device. Through selecting the different parameter of the seirl lamina and nozzle, simulate the inner flow, and find the best parameter campared to each other. So the results provide the academic gist for the application of the air-assisted hydraulic ultra-low vloume sprayer device.
