Wind send type spray technology is one of the most commonly used spray technology in our country, it is an atomization which use auxiliary air direct effects on sprayers to blown the liquid on target. Because it does not understand the performance and working parameters of the spray, the existing wind assisted spray technology has questions such as large drift, bad uniformity of the spray and poor spray quality.In this paper,,we explore and improve the wind blowing assisting device based on the air assisted sprayer which made by Huanghai machinery company. Doing performance spray experimental research on the air assisted device of the sector and cone spray, improved wind assist device, to find out the main factors affecting the quality of spray, to know how main factors influence the quality of spray, then which can effectively reduce pesticide drift, improve spray quality and utilization of pesticides. The main work and achievements of this dissertation are as follows:Improving and doing simulation analysis on the wind blowing assisting device which based on the air assisted sprayer which made by Huanghai machinery company, then get best of the form of wind auxiliary device.Design a suitable spray performance test bed for the air assisted device spray. This test bed must install the key components which include fan, frequency converter, pressure gauge, and water pump completely, it ensure to have a good sealing in the spray performance test.Explore the pros and cons of the spray performance test in different wind auxiliary structures, and spray angle. Design the orthogonal experiment to explore the variation of the spray performance indicators like spray angle, droplet diameter, spray range and droplet drift in different sprayer diameter, gas pressure and liquid pressure. Then find out the optimal combination of operating parameters.Through orthogonal experiment, gas pressure is the main factors affecting the droplet diameter and droplet drift, sprayer diameter is the main factors affecting spray range and spray angle, liquid pressure played an important role on the spray range and spray angle.By the orthogonal experiment, comprehensive analysis method and variance analysis on the sector and cone sprayer which have air assisted device, find out the sector sprayer install flat circular air assisted device, cone sprayer is suitable for circular air assisted device, when air assisted device and vertical plane has 60 degrees, spray effect is the best. Sector sprayer obtain the best effect of spray conditions is that the sprayer tape is 04, the gas pressure is 1.0MPa, liquid pressure is 0.2 MPa. When the sprayer diameter is 1mm, the gas pressure is 1.0MPa, the liquid pressure is 0.2 MPa, the spray effect has best result.
