Lactic-acid fermentation of corn-straw and producing feedstuff of the residue were studied in this paper. The purpose of the research is to produce lactic-acid and broaden feedstuff source by biologically transforming and utilizing recycled resources. The conditions of lactic-acid fermentation and the rate of lactic-acid production were studied. Methods and conditions to produce feedstuff using the residue were discussed. The effect of temperature, inoculums size, fermentation time, nitrogen addition amount on the lactic-acid fermentation under the co-action of cellulose and TD175 lactobacillus were studied. When the temperature is 35℃, the inoculums size is 1.5%(1.5mL fungus liquid/100mL water), the fermentation time is 120h, the lactic-acid concentration is highest, 13.7g/L, the rate of lactic-acid production is about to 17%(17g lactic-acid per 100g pretreatment corn-straw). (NH4)2SO4 is good for the lactic-acid fermentation with the concentration of 0.5%, and lactic-acid concentration can increase 16%.The residue productivity of lactic-acid fermentation is about 75%, that is 75g residue can be get from 100g pretreatment corn-straw through lactic-acid fermentation. The component of residue was analyzed and the methods of madding feedstuff were discussed in this paper. First, the fermentation of residue with Saccha romyces cerevisia was studied. In the process of fermentation, the effects of temperature, initial pH, inoculums size, carbon and nitrogen addition , cultivation time were discussed. The optimal conditions were: temperature 35℃, initial pH6.0, inoculums size10%,fermentation time 24h and the coarse-protein content was increased from 5.3% to 6.5%,increase range was 22.6%. When the molasses addition amount was 30%, the coarse-protein content of fermentation production was increased from 9.2% to 14.5%, increase range was 57.6%.Secondly, the co-fermentation of Trichoderma koningi, Saccha romyces cerevisiae, Candida utilis and Candida tropicali utilizing the residue was studied. Trichoderma koningi can growth with the residue culture medium, but the degradation of cellulose was not obvious; The impact of different microzyme on residue fermentation was different, and Saccha romyces cerevisiae was the best;...
