This paper deeply studied Kiwifruit Postharvest physiology and key factor of storage according our country cultivation species'Actinidia chinensis fruits'and'Hayward', investigated the kiwifruits storage and fresh-keeping technique in keeping with our country state, and arrived at innovative conclusions:1.'Actinidia chinensis fruits'and'Hayward'all have normal respiration peak and the ethylence peak after postharvest, are the typical breath jump fruits, this is consistent with the past report. After ethylene release peak, their respiration, all start a rally, but at this stage, the respiration of'Actinidia chinensis fruits'is always bigger than that of'Hayward', and express a descendence trend after arriving certain high peak, then Carbon dioxide quantity express a increation trend, and after kiwifruits are completely soft lousy, the Carbon dioxide releases quantity is still very big.2. Polygalacturonase activities of'Actinidia chinensis fruits'and'Hayward'all present up-trend after adoption, but polygalacturonase activities of'Actinidia chinensis fruits'is higher than'Hayward''s.The cellulase activity variety trend of'Actinidia chinensis fruits'and'Hayward'is the same as polygalacturonase activities.3. The fruit soft is the main factor of influencing the storage time and storage result of kiwifruits. The temperature is the main factor of influencing fruit soft. At the different temperature, the soften speed of'Actinidia chinensis fruits'have very big difference. After havest ,'Actinidia chinensis fruits'can store 10 days at the normal temperature, 50 days at 0℃, 90 days at4. Oxygen and Carbon dioxide density have obvious influence on the kiwifruits storage. The best storage condition of'Actinidia chinensis fruits'are the follows: 0oC, 3%~6%CO2, 3%~6%O2,and the best density of O2 and CO2 is 3%.At 0oC for 5 months, use 3% and use 6% CO2 processings, the good fruit rate has no obvious difference .At the 3% 02 and 3-5% C02 ,'Actinidia chinensis fruits'can store for a long period.5. Put forward the storage Technology of Kiwifruit in controlled atmosphere storage tent, that is : in the common cold database, seal the fruit in the plastics tent made by the plastics thin film , use the nitrogen machine to regulate the air composition artificialy to get the aim of atmosphere storage.This technology expands an application through 5 years in the Shaanxi province, attaining good result, 20% kiwifruits of all province adopts this storage technology, storing to expect for 4-6 months, general at the juniors of the Chinese New Year go into market sale, store to increase in value a performance obviously.6. The technique standard of controlled atmosphere storage tent: the Temperature inside of the tent is﹣1℃~0℃,the Temperature outside of the tent is﹣1.5℃~﹣0.5℃,the relative humidity keep about 90%; The oxygen density of inside tent is 2%~5%,the carbon dioxide density of inside tent is 3%~6%。7. The industrialization application technique point is: harvest purperly, Reduce the earthquake conveyance, produce tent scitificly, control air density Strictly; Carry on spirit to adjust a management strictly.
