China, as a traditional grain storage country, exists the serious grain loss causedby pests. The technology level of the grain storage directly affects the safety and the quality ofgrain. The circulation fumigation technology, as a traditional storage technology, is one of theeffective technical methods of the pest killing, and can extend the storage time effectively.However, the use of the chemistry insecticide leads to pest drug tolerance and grain qualitydecline. It is difficult to meet the requirements of people on the safety quality of grain. Thegreen grain storage becomes a new developing tendency.Green grain storage is a storage technology by means of ecological method andnon-chemical medicament to improve the quality of stored grain. There are three ordinarymethods, including controlled atmosphere storage, low-temperature storage and biologicalpesticide technique. The controlled atmosphere storage is a green storage technology by meansof the changes of the gas composition in the airtight grain warehouse to kill pests and fungus andretain freshness. The guarantee of the stability of the gas composition under the premise of thegas tightness is the key technique of the controlled atmosphere storage. This puts forward thenew requirements for monitor technology about the controlled atmosphere storage.In the traditional grain storage monitoring technique, the method of cable network andacquisition module is adopted to finish the granary monitoring. The temperature and humidityof the grain storage are often monitored. There exist some problems such as complex wiringand difficult networking, etc. and they are difficult to meet the needs of the monitor of thecontrolled atmosphere storage, which mainly monitors the component of N2or CO2. It isimperative to develop new wireless monitor system that could be suitable for controlledatmosphere storage technology.In order to monitor the gas composition of the airtight grain warehouse, the oxygensensor and CO2sensor are selected. In order to fit the airtight environment for a long time, theadvanced wireless network technology is adopted in the system. Considering the lower powerconsumption, ZigBee wireless sensor network and Networking protocol are adopted to buildthe monitoring system for controlled atmosphere storage. The circuit module of the gas acquisition node is composed of low power CPU CC2530,gas sensor and signal amplifier circuit, and the circuit of the coordinator node is also designed.The software protocol of wireless sensor network is studied, the corresponding controllingprogram flow is provided. and the drive program of the acquisition node is programmed. Thecommunication program of coordinator node is also written. Meanwhile, the software of theupper management computer based VB is developed. |
